The location is excellent for us

The location is excellent for us; great breezes and view of the ocean. The pool is a little small, but a great cool-off when needed. The owner(s) chose not to put any flooring down, direct cement but in good shape, and no clothes dryer and a small rack provided when asked. The team managing this home is absolutely exceptional

Exceptional experience booking this stay with Sunwise. The home is spacious with plenty of room for multiple couples, singles or a family. A huge highlight of the home are the outdoor spaces which provide amazing views and sea breezes. The pool was a personal favorite of our group when we weren’t out diving. The location is convenient for accessing northern island dive sites and is in a quiet neighborhood. The team managing this home is absolutely exceptional. Cannot say enough great things about how responsive they were — always helpful, friendly and gracious. Bonaire has been a destination several times over the last few years — and this home will be an absolute must return for future stays. Highly recommend. Read more

This is a great spot!

If you like to dive, or just love the ocean, this is a great spot. There is a great dive shop (that has locations all over the island) located on the same property. The diving right off of the dock (Baris) which is walking distance, is amazing. Overall a fun and easy spot. Read more

Bon Bonaire Villa Apt Kralendijk

Bright and wonderfully comfortable, well thought out and well equipped apartment in quiet part of Kralendijk. Swimming pool with also fine shaded areas available, and within walking distance of the sea, stores and various eateries. Communication with Sunwise Bonaire is smooth and pleasant, with attention to us as tenants. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and would love to come back next year.

Okay…

Very good: Location, lots of privacy.
Less good: Maintenance overdue. Roof leak, the water was on the floor in the bedroom. Tiles separate from the wall. Cold shower. Outside BBQ very gross. Shower water does not drain. Leakage at toilet. Lamps broken. 2 TVs without a picture (1 broken as of mid-April 2019, so known!). At check out at 10:00 am Wianda from Sunwise was late. And comments too. Cleaning crew was already on the doorstep at 07.45. In short. A very small six all in all for the home and the organization. Read more

Fantastic! We will be back!!

Nice that there was a private bathroom in every room.
What we found a little less convenient is that the Wi-Fi did not work and it took a while to fix this. Now I have to say that the problem was not with Sunwise, the host, but with the internet company on Bonaire. They really failed. The host went out of his way to fix it, but was also dependent. Great Stay On Bonaire

The location is very convenient being across the road from the airport. Collect you bags and walk over. Unit is as discribed and well stocked. We stayed 10 days and had everything we needed to prepare meals, just no microwave.

Very easy to get to the southern dive sites, grocery and down town.

Upon arrival we were met by an agent for the company. She was very nice and attentive. She walked us through the condo and explained everything to us. There were a few things that we noticed. The door to the front balcony off the living area would not lock. The water pressure was not good all the time. The WIFI, (that you probably don't have much control over) was slow at times. The AC was fantastic, cooled off quickly and kept the condo cool the whole time. The proximity to the water was great. The entry needs some work. Fantastic house for divers

Very clean and well maintained. Swimming pool and wash tanks a big plus. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Excellent location for diving. Approximate 5 minutes drive to AB Dive. Grocery Store only a short walk or drive away. Condos across the street still under construction and over half way complete. Noise is at a minimum and not a problem. The Condos across the street have an outdoor bar and pool. They welcomed us whenever we wanted to come. Very nice people running the bar. Good food and drinks. Sunwise's representatives were very helpful and kind. Cecile checked us in, went over the house with us, and gave us great tips on where to eat. All of her recommendations were fantastic! Loved it, will be going again!

We loved Casa Calida and will be going to Bonaire again and using the same villa, with any luck. The size of the villa was amazing and gave individual privacy for the group.
The beds made up of two single mattresses made it sometimes uncomfortable for the couples. The pool cleaning appeared faulty and required assistance which in fairness was provided quickly once we identified the issue. Read more

Amazing apartment

We had a lovely stay in this amazing apartment! Where I normally live on vacation from suitcases, I felt right at home here in such a way that the contents of the suitcases also had to go straight into the cabinets.
