This spacious 110 m² apartment is located on the second floor of the Belnem Breeze Apartments complex in the beloved Belnem neighborhood. South of the center and towards the salt pans: one of Bonaire’s most famous residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You’re close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor’s Beach) and iconic dive spots; ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. Quiet residential area with quick routes to airport and downtown. The Good and More supermarket is just 100 meters away, while Sorobon Beach is 8.8 kilometers, Cuba Compagnie restaurant 5.6 kilometers, and Dive Friends Delfins dive center 1 kilometer away. The apartment features access to a communal regular pool where you can cool off wonderfully.

Sunwise insider tip
About a half-hour drive northwest lies Gotomeer in Washington Slagbaai National Park, Bonaire's largest saltwater lagoon. This special place is home to beautiful Caribbean flamingos that can often be admired here in large groups. The lake lies hidden among the barren hills of the park and offers a fascinating contrast with the rest of the landscape. Early morning or late afternoon are the best times to spot the flamingos, when they're actively foraging in the shallow water. Don't forget your binoculars!

Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Tres in Belnem. With your own car you can reach all corners at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone to rent a car, as you'll then be able to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked for example.

Amazing stay- great apartment
Amazing stay- great apartment with modern amenities. So modern we didn’t find the dishwasher for a few days as it looks like one of the cabinets! Close to the airport & beaches. There is a grocery store directly next door, can’t beat the convenience! Bring snorkeling gear & water shoes to explore the best marine life! Swam with turtles, saw wild flamingos & donkeys roam free, there are a few that hang right by the apartment. Great place to stay
This is our second time staying at Belnem Breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is great for two or three people and it has all the amenities you could want. We like how close it is to tank stops and dive sites. We appreciate not being too far from town for shopping and dining out. Since last year a wash tank was added for dive gear. As a guest of Belnem Breeze Tres you have access to the complete apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room and balcony. Additionally, you can use the shared facilities like the tropical palm garden, pool deck and communal pool. Free parking is available, both on the premises and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! The Sunwise hosts of the accommodation will make arrangements with you about your arrival.

Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM, but early or late check-in or check-out is possible upon request depending on other guests.
