WVB Kas Linde is a spacious villa in the Watervilla’s neighborhood, within the small-scale Water Villas Bonaire resort. The property overlooks the lagoon and, with 249 m² of space, offers plenty of room to relax. Supermarket Van den Tweel is 2.2 kilometers away, Chachacha Beach 2.2 kilometers, restaurant Cuba Compagnie 2.5 kilometers, and dive center Dive Friends Port Bonaire 750 meters. The villa features a private pool in the garden, a regular swimming pool where you can cool off after an active day on the island.
Layout of the villa
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with one king-size bed, bedroom 2 offers two single beds, and bedroom 3 also has one king-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom, so everyone can enjoy plenty of privacy and comfort. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is equipped with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, freezer, kettle, and oven. Outside, you will find a private garden, covered veranda, balcony, terrace, and pool deck, giving you ample space to enjoy outdoor living.

Sunwise insider tip
A short drive from the villa you will find the southern salt pans of Bonaire. This vast area has been managed by Cargill since 1997, using modern facilities to produce hundreds of millions of kilos of salt each year. The iconic white salt pyramids and pink evaporation ponds create a striking landscape. Along the route you will find viewpoints where you can often spot Caribbean flamingos feeding. Be sure to bring your camera, as the contrast between blue sea, pink pans, and white salt mountains is truly unique.
Just so you know
- Stairs – There is a staircase in the house, which may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Animal visitors – You may occasionally be visited by birds, lizards, or other animals in the garden, a typical Bonaire experience.
- No dryer – There is no tumble dryer, but on Bonaire your laundry usually dries very quickly in the sun and wind.
Where you'll stay
The neighborhood
WVB Kas Linde is located in the Watervilla's neighborhood, a modern, water-oriented residential area around the Laguna Marina on Bonaire. The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious, with many homes situated directly on the water. From this area you can drive in just a few minutes to the main roads leading to Kralendijk, the southern coast, and the beaches along the western shoreline, making it an excellent base for exploring the island while enjoying peace and space by the water.
Getting around
WVB Kas Linde in Watervilla's is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own car, you can reach every corner of the island at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots to local restaurants. We highly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas such as Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and can be rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

We stayed at Kas Linde on the lagoon, party of 4. The home was well equipped and spacious, very comfortably could have fit a party of 6. Location is great for exploring island. A short walk to the dock restaurant, and te Amo beach home to a few fantabulous food trucks. Large outside sitting/dining area. Personal pool and mini dock to put in a kayak or paddle board. 100% vacation
What a wonderful house!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Kas Linde, a beautiful and spacious home that lacked nothing. The pool is an absolute plus! The location is excellent as well: close to Restaurant The Dock, the airport just around the corner (with no disturbance), and Kralendijk only a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed our stay at Kas Linde on Bonaire with our family. The house was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. The location is quiet and you can get anywhere by car. What we especially liked was the contact with the owners. They were easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. They were also very friendly and helpful - you immediately feel welcome. We had a wonderful vacation with the luxuries of home and the added bonus of a private pool where you can get in early in the morning and cool off in the afternoon until the sun is down. We were not aware that your internet does not work without wifi so outdoors you have to rely on offline maps to get somewhere. This as a tip.

Kas Linde
A great house with beautiful decor and equipped with all amenities and luxuries. Nice pool to cool off after a day at the beach or another outing on the island. The location is top. Although of course nothing is far away on Bonaire. Currently there is a lot of construction going on around the water villas, but you have no nuisance from that. You can hardly hear the nearby airport. A car or scooter is necessary to explore the surroundings and do fun activities. Any questions to Sunwise will be answered quickly. Recommended!!!!

Great house
We stayed at Kas Linde for ten nights in June 2024. A great spacious house, fully equipped and very good beds. Definitely recommended! Also the contact with and service from Sunwise is very good. Kas Linde was great
Kas Linde house through Sunwise rental company was the perfect pairing. The house was great. The private pool was a nice bonus. House was clean. House has screens on the sliding doors and that works great to keep the bugs out and the wind moving through the house.Sunwise did a great job with communication. As a guest of WVB Kas Linde, you have access to the entire villa, including the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room, and all outdoor spaces such as the private garden, covered veranda, balcony, terrace, and the pool deck with private pool directly on the Laguna Marina. Parking on the premises and on the street is also available to you. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals in person! The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange an arrival time with you.

Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on other guests’ arrivals and departures.
