General description
This stylish apartment is located on the first floor of the Belmar Oceanfront Apartments complex in the Punt Vierkant neighborhood. From the balcony, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. With a total area of 105 m², the apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. Just 350 meters away is the Good and More store, and at 650 meters lies Bachelor’s Beach. The center of Kralendijk is 5.2 kilometers away. For a culinary experience, Brass Boer is only 950 meters away, and Dive Friends Delfins is the same distance. The complex features a wonderfully refreshing communal magna pool.
Layout of the apartment
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 180 by 200 centimeters, and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 by 200 centimeters. There are two bathrooms. The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, and mixer – perfect for those who enjoy cooking even while on vacation. The balcony offers beautiful sea views and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

The neighborhood
Punt Vierkant is a sought-after neighborhood in the south of Bonaire, known for its luxury accommodations and direct seaside location. The area offers several dive sites, sandy beaches, and excellent restaurants. It is just a short drive from both the airport and the center of Kralendijk, making it an ideal base for a relaxing yet active vacation.
Getting around
Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 1. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

2 bedroom apartment
We rented a 2 bedroom unit for a week and had a great stay at the Belmar. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, and the balcony with sea views. They can use the communal magna pool, rinse tanks for watersports gear, and the barbecue. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.
