The photos of the apartment did not match the reality. The apartment was outdated and the refrigerator squeaked continuously.

The level of detail is stunning

I had the privilege of staying at Villa Odessa for a week and the level of detail is stunning. The views, the pool area and the rooms are amazing! Everything is so well thought of. Thank you for this great stay and I highly recommend this place.’

Always a nice cooling wind

Very beautiful location and as the name suggests there is always a nice cooling wind that makes the stay very comfortable. We were only with the two of us hence we only used the master bedroom and bathroom, but there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The exterior terras is very nice, with a nice pool and beautiful views to klein Bonaire. The neighbourhood is very quiet and private. The interior and kitchen have all ammenities, but they are a bit dated, and could use an upgrade. There is also a rinsing tank and drying room for dive gear if required. We definitly recommend this place especially if you like your privacy!

Nice accommodation, located on the water

Excellent accommodation with excellent Wi-Fi. Apartment is situated nicely on the water. Large refrigerator in the kitchen. Good working air conditioner. Get used to living outside and therefore eating outside. Make sure you bring enough DEET because of the mosquitoes. Debby manages the apartment and picked us up from the airport. Nice to be able to ask her (even before our trip) things via the App. Apartment is close to the airport and Te Amo beach, a nice place for snorkeling.
What we liked a little less: I would have found it handy if there was a washing machine in the apartment to wash some clothes. It is also too far to walk to the center. Car is therefore recommended. We therefore just cooked in the apartment in the evening.

The location was great

We stayed at a condo in seaside apartments in Bonaire in the month of February. The location was great, the responses from our contact persons was on time. But unfortunately the inside furnitures including the bed and the couch were very old and uncomfortable as a comfortable sleep and relaxing on a couch are important parts of vacation. Also there were not enough kitchen items and no oven or even a toaster oven for cooking.

It met all of our needs!

We really enjoyed our stay. Watched the sunsets every evening from the deck. Good hosts. Beautiful flowers and landscape and we enjoyed the morning walks. Good accommodations for divers. Easy check in and check out. It met all of our needs!

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect host!

1- All bedrooms are en-suite even though 2 share 1 bathroom, was only expecting 1 to be en-suite;
2- Having a dish washer and washing machine was a real bonus, this wasn’t advertised on the website;
3- Plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils to cook for a family. Eating out every night can be quite expensive so was able to cook meals easily;
4- Plenty of spare bedding and towels;
5- The scuba cleaning area which we only discovered after 2 days, a real bonus and also not advertised;
6- A very nice pool cleaning man comes on a Wednesday for general maintenance and the gardens and outside area was maintained once during the fortnight, they even raked the gravel to get rid of any dead foliage;
7- The villa was spotless when we arrived;
8- Air conditioning units in all the bedrooms, although 1 was faulty which I reported to the host. She organised for this to be checked the same day and the following day, the engineers returned and replaced the whole unit;
9. A mobile phone and charger was provided which we used to make restaurant reservations.

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the dust on a few exceptionally windy days! As the downstairs has no air conditioning units (although it does have ceiling fans) you have to keep all of the window vents open to let the air circulate. This means that on those exceptionally windy days, there’s a layer of dust on everything. I did request a brush as the one that was there was very old and was outside so I assumed it was for the outside area, it was no good for the fine dust particles. The host brought over a new sweeping brush the next morning. The mop and bucket provided did not have a mop wringer so I had to slop the very soggy mop all over the floor, luckily with the intense heat it dried fairly quickly. If a vacuum cleaner and mop wringer were available it would make it so much easier for those of us who like to keep a clean floor. NB All feedback provided by Paul’s wife (a non scuba diver) who spent more time in the villa than the rest of the family who all dive.

Beautiful view of the small marina

It is a fantastic apartment with a beautiful view of the small marina and The Dock restaurant where you can eat super well. Simon and Cecile are very nice people who help you with everything. Maybe a tip for improvement; new flannel under-sheets on the bed and flannel pillowcases for the pillows because of hygiene. And just let the oven make. Furthermore, a beautiful apartment.

I can recommend this location to everyone

In May/June 2022, we stayed for more than 2.5 weeks in this beautiful holiday home with 4 people. The house is located in a wonderfully peaceful location and is centrally located. It is really fully equipped, very spacious (enormous balcony/terrace on the 1st floor), and the presence of the swimming pool really gives you that holiday feeling. Despite the fact that the kitchen is more than fully equipped, we did miss a small oven/microwave. The villa is located in a kind of park with several houses built in the same style. The access road to these houses is closed off with an electric sliding gate, which gives an extra feeling of safety. A rental car is recommended so that you can also discover everything on Bonaire. The car can be parked next to the villa, for which a double driveway has been realized. I can recommend this location to everyone, we really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely come back!

Great house for a family

Location was great for using Dive Friends at Delfin beach. The Scuba rinse tanks we're an excellent ammenity. Fantastic outdoor space for morning coffee. Lots of towels and a very well equipped kitchen. Small washing machine and dryer. Very clean and comfortable. I'd certainly stay here again.
