General description of the villa

Kas Très welcomes you with open arms for an unparalleled holiday experience. Breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool to dream away in and all the comforts of home, just minutes from Kralendijk and the famous beach 1000 Steps, while the famous dive site Oil Slick Leap, is located directly across the street from the villa, as well as a small-scale diving school.

The layout of the villa

This spacious villa features 6 bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, ideal for 12 guests. The trade winds naturally cool the spaces, while you enjoy the luxury of a modern kitchen, both inside and in the covered outdoor dining area.

Independent guesthouse for larger groups

Adjacent to the main villa is a fully equipped and furnished, independent studio. This apartment, with the fifth and sixth bedroom and the fifth bathroom, offers a particularly comfortable place for four additional guests, allowing a total of 12 people to stay in Kas Très. This guesthouse is only available for bookings for 9 to 12 people or at equivalent rates.

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides sufficient towels and bedding in Kas Très. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
