This ground-floor condo is located in the Water Villas Bonaire neighborhood. From the veranda and garden, you overlook the private garden and the waters of the Laguna Marina. With a total surface area of 160 m², there’s plenty of space to relax. Van den Tweel supermarket is 2.6 kilometers away, Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are 800 meters away, downtown Kralendijk is 2.8 kilometers away, and the popular Cuba Compagnie restaurant is also 2.8 kilometers away. For divers, VIP Diving is just 1.8 kilometers away. The private pool offers perfect refreshment after a day full of activities.

The neighborhood
The Water Villas Bonaire neighborhood is a quiet, upscale area just south of Kralendijk. Homes are set directly on the waters of the Laguna Marina, creating a relaxed, maritime atmosphere. With beaches, shops, and restaurants nearby, it’s an ideal base for those seeking both relaxation and convenience.
Getting around
Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Myrna. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire condo, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet, open kitchen, living room, and the veranda with garden. The private pool and dock on the Laguna Marina make the stay extra special. Free parking is available on site.
