Villa Valena 7 is a cozy studio located in the bustling center of Kralendijk, part of the Villa Valena complex. The 70 m² studio offers garden views and is situated on the second floor. Van den Tweel supermarket is 1.1 kilometers away, Chachacha Beach 500 meters, restaurant At Sea 550 meters, and dive center Dive Friends Yellow Submarine 2.3 kilometers. You have access to the shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day full of Bonaire adventures.

Just a half hour drive away lies Washington Slagbaai National Park, the first national park of the Netherlands Antilles. This 5,643-hectare nature reserve covers nearly a quarter of Bonaire and offers two beautiful routes. The long route (34 km) leads past spectacular coastal points like Playa Chikitu and Boka Kokolishi, while the short route (22 km) goes through the interior to Brandaris - at 241 meters Bonaire's highest point. Along the way you'll spot flamingos at Gotomeer, the island's largest saltwater lagoon, and enjoy unspoiled nature where cacti, iguanas and more than 200 bird species make their home.

The neighborhood
Kralendijk center with the boulevard, piers, sailing and motor boats at the mooring buoys and colorful facades: here you sit right among restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure point for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling the boulevard in the evening. For divers and snorkelers, Playa is a great base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience and the shortest travel times to the amenities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Villa Valena 7 in Kralendijk. With your own car all corners are reachable at your own pace, from remote snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone to rent a car, as you'll then be able to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There is no public transport and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked for example.

Beautifully furnished apartment with a nice large wrap-around balcony, comfortable sunbeds, and a large fridge with drinks upon arrival. Within walking distance of the center of Kralendijk and a small beach. Parking right in front of the apartment. A bit limited storage space. Due to the large windows it gets very hot quite quickly. Unfortunately, the WiFi was often very poor. We also had to work during our stay (on a laptop) which was inconvenient. Enormously enjoyed apartment #7!
Super nice welcome from helpful staff. Clean and neatly cared for apartment equipped with all amenities. Being able to open the swing doors all the way gives a wonderful outdoor feeling. Bon Bonaire Villa Apt Kralendijk
Bright and wonderfully comfortable, well thought out and well equipped apartment in quiet part of Kralendijk. Swimming pool with also fine shaded areas available, and within walking distance of the sea, stores and various eateries. Communication with Sunwise Bonaire is smooth and pleasant, with attention to us as tenants. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and would love to come back next year.

Quiet and centrally located neighborhood
With my wife and two kids, I had a wonderful time at Villa Valena on Bonaire. Everything was perfectly arranged: the beautiful pool, the cozy bar with the attractive palapa near the pool, a washing machine - everything contributed to a carefree stay. The children certainly enjoyed themselves, and we could fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The location is also top, it is a quiet and central neighborhood, close to the sea and 5 minutes from town. Villa Valena is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable vacation or staycation. Thank you Sunwise, for this nice experience! Guest access
As a guest of Villa Valena 7 you have access to the entire studio including the bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room and your private balcony. Additionally you can use the shared garden and communal swimming pool. Free parking is available on the premises. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts for the accommodation will make arrangements with you about your arrival.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out should be by 10AM. Early or late check-in or check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
