General description of the villa

Nex-Ta-Sea is a large gated villa, with a free adjoining plot on which the palm garden and pool are realized, located in the first line on the Caribbean Sea. This villa offers an amazing unobstructed view of the sea and Klein Bonaire. The villa is located in an area with large, luxury homes on EEG Boulevard, one of the most prestigious locations on Bonaire. Its proximity to Kralendijk, Bachelor’s Beach and Beachclub Windsock The Beach makes it the ideal location for your vacation.

The layout of the villa

The villa features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The rooms have king size beds and the bedrooms are suites, with kitchenettes and pull out couches. The open kitchen, equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, blender and wine fridge, overlooks the sea and has large patio doors leading to the terrace. Outside, you will find a large 10 x 5 meter private pool, a porch, a terrace and a first-floor walkway with seating areas. There are also stone steps leading to a mini-beach for easy access to the sea.

New tourist tax regulation

For arrivals on July 1, 2022 and later, visitors to Bonaire must pay the entry tax themselves – online on Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid upon arrival, at the airport.
