Second time at Villa Nex-ta-Sea
This was our second time at Villa Nex-ta-Sea and it was amazing again. Can’t beat the view and being right on the water. Lots of fish, coral, and turtles right in front of the house. Good for groups
The house is very big. It is conceived as four mini apartments with one common area. It is good for groups where separate couples want to spend a holiday together. Bonaire is expensive, and the access to the sea is an accessible, tiny sandy beach, which is rare in Bonaire. Although you are under the airport runway and hear the 9 pm KLM flight very loudly, the airport is not open for late-night flights. Despite the beach and the size of the house, I have been to several other properties in Bonaire, and I found this one overpriced and not value for money. Sunwise was helpful and attentive
Fabulous location. Close to airport so super convenient but noise was not an issue. Beautiful snorkeling/diving right out front with great healthy coral and marine life. Beds and linens were comfy, layout worked great for our family (our two adult children and us) and would work especially well for several couples too, since rooms were spread out with sitting areas, wet bars, en suite bathrooms, etc. Sunwise, the management company was helpful and attentive. They picked us up at the airport, allowed for a late check out, and even ran a forgotten item to the airport.
