General description of the villa
Kas Très welcomes you with open arms for an unparalleled holiday experience. Breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool to dream away in and all the comforts of home, just minutes from Kralendijk and the famous beach 1000 Steps, while the famous dive site Oil Slick Leap, is located directly across the street from the villa, as well as a small-scale diving school.
The layout of the villa
This spacious villa has 6 bedrooms, four with king-size beds, two with twin beds, and four with private bathrooms, ideal for 12 guests. The trade winds naturally cool the spaces, while you enjoy the luxury of a modern kitchen, both inside and in the covered outdoor dining area.
Independent guesthouse for larger groups
Adjacent to the main villa is a fully equipped and furnished, independent studio. This apartment, with the fifth and sixth bedroom and the fifth bathroom, offers a particularly comfortable place for four additional guests, allowing a total of 12 people to stay in Kas Très. This guesthouse is only available for bookings for 9 to 12 people or at equivalent rates.

Wonderful stay
Our stay at Kas Très was wonderful. The house is spacious and offers many great spots, such as the long table with barbecue and second dishwasher, the gazebo, the bar table, and the lounge area. The landscaping is much more beautiful than shown in the photos, providing a lot of privacy. The only thing we missed were mosquito nets above the beds, that would truly be a great addition. Lovely villa, beautiful location

I wanted to thank you personally after our wonderful week in Kas Très. We had such a great time and what a lovely villa in a beautiful location.
Christiaan and Margot gave us a wonderful welcome, and from day one we enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, the beautifully lit swimming pool, snorkeling in the sea right in front of the house, eating at the long table (delicious BBQ), the comfortable beds and bedrooms, and of course the mega-relaxed island!
We will definitely be back!

Number 1 location and view.
This house is perfect if you are looking for a beautiful sea view with and from the pool, and access to the sea. The house is beautiful mixing modern architecture and traditional wooden windows. The place is quiet and safe, right beside the house there is a diving center, you are near to 1000 steps which is one of the best spot for snorkeling (each time we went there, we saw big turtles and...baby sharks) In 1 word the place is ZEN. A great and new house
Kas Tres is really a great and new house right on the beautiful coastline of Bonaire. 30 meters from the house is the diving and snorkeling spot 'Oil Slick Leap'. Kas Tres is spacious, with in the main house besides a living area and kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom. There is also a guest house with 2 bedrooms. A total of 12 people can stay here. But of course the real power lies outside, what a view! There are several seating areas and nice sunbeds. From the lovely lounge area you look over the infinity pool to the sea and Klein Bonaire. The outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and Black Bastard ensure that every evening becomes a culinary feast (if you eat at home). This is truly a tripleA location, which incidentally has similar luxury villas under construction left and right. To the center of Kralendijk is about 10 minutes by car. Closer by, a 1-minute walk away is an excellent pizzeria. From Kas Tres you are within 2 km at 1000 steps and also the Slagbaai park is about 15 minutes drive. Really worth it! In any case, you will need a car. The owners rent out their sturdy Toyota HiLux through pickuphurenbonaire.com. We were excellently helped by Elyse from Sunwise Bonaire during our stay. In one word: fantastic
The first week of February 2024 we stayed in the villa with a group of 10. In one word: fantastic. The beautiful wood building with large rooms and high ceilings feels like a benevolent natural luxury. The views are breathtaking
We absolutely love and recommend this oceanfront house. The views are breathtaking, and almost every night you get rewarded by a beautiful sunset. The infinity pool seems to overflow directly in the ocean. The Area 9 diving school is right next door and will facilitate dives straight from the house at the famous “Oil Slick Leap” (never mind the name) diving site. The outdoor kitchen area is a great spot to relax after a dive, and enjoy some family time. It is a 5 minute ride into Kralendijk city, or you could walk just around the corner for the Maçaroca Madeira bar restaurant if you do not feel like cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Absolutely more than highly recommended!
What a beautiful and relaxed house this is. Excellent located just outside the city of Kralendijk and beautiful placed at the coast with a very nice view on Little Bonaire and the ocean. The house and its great terrasse with infinity pool is mind blowing. Very relax atmosphere and has the right vibes. We stayed with a group of ten people, and everyone can do his/her thing because you can find your own space at the pool, sunbeds and lounge seats, outside dining area with a huge BBQ, or inside the kitchen seats cheering on the chef or sitting on the lounge sofa watching television.
Absolutely more than highly recommended!
