Tres Ojos is a luxurious villa located in the upscale Sabadeco neighborhood, just north of Kralendijk. With an impressive floor area of 730 m², the property offers spectacular sea views enjoyed from multiple rooms and outdoor spaces. The nearest dive sites, Andrea I and II, are 1.5 kilometers away, supermarket Zhung Kong is 3.2 kilometers away, restaurant Rum Runners is 3.6 kilometers away, and Dive Friends Hamlet dive center is 3.3 kilometers away. The villa features a private infinity pool exclusively for guests, complemented by a private garden, covered veranda, balcony, terrace, and rooftop terrace with pool deck.

One of the most iconic dive and snorkel spots on Bonaire is 1000 Steps – and the good news is, you only need to descend 67 steps to get there. The name may be a slight exaggeration, but the site itself is anything but disappointing. At the base of the steps, along the Kaminda Goto on the west coast, an extraordinary reef landscape unfolds with a wide variety of coral formations and colorful reef fish. It is one of the most celebrated dive locations on the island, popular with beginners and experienced divers alike. Don't forget your snorkel mask either – there is plenty to admire just below the surface as well.

- Distance to Kralendijk – Tres Ojos is situated in the peaceful Sabadeco neighborhood, meaning a short drive of just a few minutes takes you to the center of Kralendijk. Perfect for those who want tranquility without being far from all the action.
- No supermarket nearby – The nearest supermarket, Zhung Kong, is 3.2 kilometers away, so having a rental car is definitely recommended. You can easily pick up groceries on your way back from a dive or day trip.
- Animal visitors – The occasional lizard, curious bird or wandering goat may pop by the garden – a charming and typically Bonairean experience that adds to the island atmosphere.

Getting around
To truly explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Tres Ojos in Sabadeco, renting a car is an absolute must. With your own vehicle you can reach every corner of Bonaire at your own pace – from secluded snorkel spots to charming local restaurants. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for a visit to Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is strongly recommended, as the roads inside the park are unpaved and can be quite rugged. Also keep in mind that there is no public transportation on the island, and taxis can be hard to find, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked.

Wow!
The villa was so much more beautiful, spacious and luxurious than the pictures showed. When we first entered we really had a wow moment. And that feeling actually stayed the whole week. Also from the first floor there was a great view over the sea. Big advantage was that the beds can be put slightly apart so the house is very suitable for a group of friends. Beautiful View for New Years

Brand new villa just above Kralendijk overlooking the sea and the entire coastline of Bonaire - beautiful interior with chic finishes with attention to detail. As a guest of Tres Ojos you have exclusive access to the entire villa: all six bedrooms, the four bathrooms, the spacious living area with open kitchen, the private garden, covered veranda, balcony, terrace, rooftop terrace with pool deck, and of course the private infinity pool. Parking is available both on the property and on the street, free of charge. To give our guests a warm welcome and a proper introduction to the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally by our team. The Sunwise hosts for Tres Ojos will coordinate your arrival time with you in advance.
Interaction with guests
The Sunwise team will do everything possible to make your stay at Tres Ojos enjoyable and hassle-free. During your visit we are available for questions, local tips, or assistance. The easiest way to reach us is via the Guest App, the email address of the Sunwise guest team for Tres Ojos, or through the messaging platform of the site where you booked. We usually respond quickly during daytime hours so you can fully enjoy Bonaire.
Other things to note
Check-in at Tres Ojos is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.
