Ground floor Seaside Royale Suite is a very big, 200 m2 or 2152 ft2, apartment on the ground floor, with a private terrace that offers great views on and direct access to the pool, the crystal clear Caribbean Sea and the beautiful sunsets on this part of the island.

Three private bathrooms
This fully furnished, air conditioned apartment offers sleek, contemporary decor and features Wi-Fi and cable TV and has easy access to downtown Kralendijk and diving.
All of the three bedrooms have a queen bed and bathrooms with a large shower.

Fully equipped kitchen
The dining table comfortably seats six and the kitchen includes an oven, a stove, wine refrigerator, microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee and tea maker.

Communal pool and easy sea entrance
Kralendijk is only a few hundred meters away and the building has a spacious pool deck with communal pool. Our guests can of course take a refreshing dive into the pool and sit in the sun, or just dive into the Caribbean Sea on the other side of the small boulevard.

  Royal Suite is about 1 kilometer, or 0.6 miles from Kralendijk, a 3-minute drive away, where our guests can find the nicest bars, stores and restaurants on the island.

  Royal Suite prices may vary depending on the season, number of guests and so on. There is also the last-minute discount that we apply for the first 20 days after the booking date.   Royal Suite has a lovely community pool, on private property. Ideal for that cool drink in the Bonairean heat, or that sultry cocktail after sunset.

• Is it possible to park a car at Royal Suite?

  Royal Suite has a free parking lot for our guests, on the grounds of the apartment complex.

• How often is Royal Suite cleaned?

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of initial and final cleaning and provides plenty of towels and bedding in Royal Suite. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
