The nearest restaurant, Brass Boer, is about 600 meters away, and for daily groceries, the supermarket Good and More is just 50 meters away. For a day at the beach, Bachelors Beach, Te Amo Beach, and Donkey Beach are only 1-2 kilometers away, making Kas di Mars ideal for both relaxed days nearby and adventurous island excursions.

Where you'll stay
Getting around
Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Kas di Mars. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Pleasant stay
Spacious and clean apartment. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. I always find it thoughtful when basics like pepper, salt, and sugar are available. Here there was even syrup and honey in the cupboard, plus a few drinks in the fridge: great! Also nice: in addition to air conditioning in all rooms, there are fans everywhere. Even on the balcony. If I had to mention a minor downside, it would be the view. Construction is taking place in front of the apartment (although there were no active works during our stay, so we weren’t bothered by it). Thank you for a lovely stay!
Love the tranquility, how easy was to get around from the place to everywhere else. Pictures were accurate, clean, cozy apartment condo and the complex was very well maintained. A small supermarket was right across our road.
Our refrigerator had a couple of wonderful drinks to quench our thirst as we arrived from the airport and car rental around 7 minutes away.
Even though there are quite a few constructions happening around us, they were pretty quiet and done either pretty early in the morning where it didn’t interrupt our quiet and peaceful stay.
Our host was very responsive to any questions we had in mind.
