Seaside Apartment Pelican 105 is a modern apartment located in the Seaside Apartments complex in central Kralendijk. This spacious 60 m² accommodation is situated on the second floor and offers a lovely garden view. You are optimally positioned here: Top Supermarket is 1.1 kilometers away, the beautiful Isidel Beach Park just 1 kilometer, restaurant It Rains Fishes at 850 meters, and dive center Dive Friends Yellow Submarine only 50 meters on foot. The apartment has access to a shared regular pool, perfect for cooling off after a day full of Caribbean adventures.

Just a few minutes' drive from Seaside Apartment Pelican 105 lies 1000 Steps, one of Bonaire's most picturesque snorkeling and diving spots. The name is somewhat misleading – you only need to descend about 67 steps to reach this idyllic little beach. The location is popular with both snorkelers and divers because of the crystal-clear water and rich underwater world directly from the shore. The coral reef lies close to the beach, so within just a few meters of swimming you'll find yourself among colorful fish and beautiful coral formations. A perfect spot to experience your first snorkeling adventure on Bonaire!
Just so you know
- No dryer – there's no dryer available, but thanks to sun and wind your laundry is bone dry within hours on Bonaire
- City sounds – on some evenings you can hear the cheerful Caribbean tunes from Kralendijk in the background
- No BBQ – barbecuing isn't possible here, but there are public BBQ spots like at Donkey Beach or Seru Largu

Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the boulevard in the evenings. For divers and snorkelers, Playa is a great base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience, and the shortest travel times to the amenities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Seaside Apartment Pelican 105 in Kralendijk. With your own car, all corners of the island are accessible at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as it enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship has docked, for example.

Amazing place in diving paradise. Easy to reach several dive spots for a low barier dive. Plenty of space for diving eq in the inner court yard.

Liked - Location and tranquility.
Despite being in the centre of Kralendijk, it is still relatively quiet. And nice and close to the sea, ideal for watching the sunset.

We loved our apartment! The location is perfect for exploring Kralendijk! The boardwalk is super close with the ability to walk right out and jump in the water. Very comfortable
The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need on vacation. The location is excellent. You can reach the center on foot and the sea is literally in the backyard. It is clean and tidy. Great apartment and great host. The name Seaterrasse suggests sea view but you don't have that if you rented like a ground floor apartment. As a guest of Seaside Apartment Pelican 105, you have access to the complete apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and your own terrace with garden view. Additionally, you can use the shared pool and communal garden of the Seaside Apartments complex. There's free parking on the street directly by the building. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts of the accommodation will make arrangements with you regarding your arrival.
