Kas Jacco is a spacious, single-level home in Kralendijk, located directly on the water of the Laguna Marina and offering beautiful views over the lagoon. The house has about 200 m² of living space. The nearest large supermarket, Van den Tweel, is 1.9 kilometers away, and beach lovers will find Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach at 2 kilometers. Restaurant Cuba Compagnie is 2.1 kilometers away, and divers can go to Dive Friends Chachacha, also 2.1 kilometers from the house. Outside you have a private garden with covered veranda and pool deck, with a regular outdoor pool that is for guests’ private use.
Layout of the villa
Kas Jacco has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, making the house comfortable for couples traveling together, friends or families. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and offers water views, and it is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice maker and kettle. From the living room you step into the private garden with covered veranda and pool deck around the private pool, a lovely spot to sit outside and relax.

Just so you know
- Stairs – There is a staircase in or around the house, which can be less convenient for guests with limited mobility, so please keep this in mind when planning your stay.
- No screens – Not all windows and doors have insect screens. It’s wise to bring mosquito repellent so you can comfortably enjoy the evenings.
- No dryer – There is no tumble dryer, but thanks to Bonaire’s sun and breeze your laundry usually dries very quickly on the line.
Where you'll stay
The neighborhood
Kralendijk center with the boulevard, piers, sailing and motorboats on the moorings and colorful facades: this is where you stay right between restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure points of various boat trips, including sunset tours and the watertaxis to Klein Bonaire. It’s ideal if you want everything within walking distance and like to stroll along the waterfront in the evening.
For divers and snorkelers, Playa is a great base because of the quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience and the shortest travel times to the facilities in Bonaire’s main town: Kralendijk.
Getting around
Kas Jacco in Kralendijk is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings of the house. With your own vehicle you can explore every corner of the island at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup or SUV is advisable. The roads in the park are unpaved and can be rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Great reception by Jeroen! That first of all ! There was something with the key of the gate , he arranged it immediately ! The house was beautiful , everything was good , the beds the shower , the view , the peace and quiet and the place ! Lovely the boats coming and going, no noise. Sitting on the dock and enjoy the wind there. A next time we definitely go back to Kas Jacco. Recommended to everyone.

Great stay at Kas Jacco villa
Superb service by Sunwise team. We really enjoyed our stay: wonderful layout, large living areas, well equipped kitchen, nice pool, comfortable beds. Guest access
As a guest of Kas Jacco, you have access to the entire home, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and the full outdoor area with private garden, covered veranda, pool deck and private pool directly on the water of the Laguna Marina. The on-street parking spaces directly around the house, where you can park for free, are also for your use. To warmly welcome our guests and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange an arrival appointment with you.

Other things to note
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other bookings.
