In this opulent, partially gated neighborhood on the water of Laguna Marina, Kas Bougainville is situated on the water like the other villas on the Bahian peninsula. On the tranquil western side of the island, this man-made lagoon provides easy access to the Caribbean Sea. A private pool with a view of the water is located at the residence.
Near the well-known Donkey Beach
The renowned Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are just a few hundred meters away from this incredible vacation home, and it takes 5 minutes to drive to Kralendijk, where some of the island’s best restaurants are located, from this location.
Beaches for windsurfing and kitesurfing are only ten minutes away
In a southerly direction, towards Sorobon and Atlantis Beach, it takes only 10 minutes by car for windsurfers and kiteboarders. These locations are well-known worldwide and offer fantastic water sport opportunities!
Very cozy layout
The living room looks out onto the covered veranda with fan, lounge area, and pool on the water. The kitchen is fully furnished. Two bedrooms are present, and each has an attached bathroom. A small balcony in one of the upstairs bedrooms offers views of the Laguna Marina.

A beautiful dream house
We had a truly wonderful time in this beautiful house. From the very beginning, we felt completely at home. The house is fully equipped with very high-quality furniture and features a lovely terrace with beautiful lounge furniture and a hammock. The small pool is very clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, so you feel comfortable at all times. The location is also ideal. The airport is only five minutes away, but since there are not many planes taking off or landing, the proximity to the airport was never a disturbance. It’s an ideal base for exploring the island. If the opportunity arises, we would be very happy to return. Contact with the hosts was outstanding at all times. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had on Bonaire. The staff at Sunwise are very attentive and accessible
The villa is perfect for spending a few days with a family diving in Bonaire. The location is good being 3 minutes from the airport and 10-20 minutes from the main dive points of the south of the island. The house has all the comforts, a well equipped kitchen and a pool that they clean once a week. Also in the garden there is hose and shower to rinse the scuba gear and areas to dry it. The staff at Sunwise are very attentive and accessible. For example, we need a mixer to make the food for our babies and after communicating it, the next day they bought it and brought it to us. Great vacation experience

This place was fabulous!
This place was fabulous! It’s exactly how it appears in their photos. The home is very tasteful in its appearance including beautiful outdoor landscaping, beautiful furniture, and clean environment. It definitely looks just like the photo’s advertise. The outside space is just fantastic (doors open to the poolside where there is plenty space to dine or read or do yoga and just chill)
location is super central not far from downtown, close to the airport and supermarkets as well as beach clubs. I’ve stayed in Bonaire several times and this was the first vacation home! I would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable in price, responsive host and beautiful home.
My cons: the downstairs air conditioner was not working which we didn’t learn until arrival. Since it’s so very hot and humid I wasn’t able to use the space to work comfortably . Otherwise you could open the beautiful doors and allow air but their is wildlife and flys would come inside so you didn’t want to do that for to long. Read more 21st Nov 2023 by Shante via
