Kas Berde is a beautiful villa located in the upscale Sabadeco neighborhood, with stunning sea views over the Caribbean Sea. This spacious accommodation covers 740 m² and offers all the luxury and comfort for an unforgettable vacation. You’ll stay within walking distance of Oil Slick Leap (1.5 kilometers), while Zhung Kong supermarket is 4.1 kilometers away and Rum Runners restaurant is 4.5 kilometers away. Layout of the villa
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning for comfortable nights, and three full bathrooms. The neighborhood
Upscale residential area just north of Kralendijk, known for its villa neighborhoods (including Crown Keys/Shores) along the rugged coast. Here you look out over the Caribbean Sea and reach popular dive sites like Andrea I & II in minutes. Sabadeco is beloved by peace seekers who want style and sea views, with sunsets you can catch right from your terrace. Luxury, space and direct coastal living are central.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Berde in Sabadeco. With your own car, all corners of the island are reachable at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as it enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There is no public transport and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked for example.

A wonderful house where everything is perfect. With expansive views of the sea and Klein Bonaire. Complete privacy, a large and lovely pool, and a perfect balance between the cozy living room and the outdoors.
The house is fully equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, making it a wonderful place to relax.

Lovely villa
We had a wonderful stay at Kas Bèrde. The villa was clean and fully equipped (although the dishwasher and oven are a bit dated). Its green surroundings attract birds all day long — including the Lora — and the view is fantastic. The 14-meter pool is great for swimming laps and cooling off. The car can be parked in the shade. All a vacationer could wish for
On May 23, we arrived on beautiful Bonaire and stayed at Villa Kas Berde. The villa has all the amenities a vacationer could wish for. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail. We had a marvellous stay at Kas Berde. Great views, beautiful birds, great spacious practical eco house with 3 private bedrooms and a very nice long refreshing pool. Nearby snorkelling and diving sites but little further from Kralendijk and surf beaches which is no problem because wherever you stay on Bonaire you’ll have to drive! Lots of privacy at Kas Berde. Home away from home
The detached house stands securely behind a fence and cactus hedge in a fantastic location; away from the crowds and with beautiful unobstructed views of the sea and Klein Bonaire, and Kralendijk (fifteen minutes away) in the distance.
The neighbors are far enough away for privacy, but also close enough not to be isolated.
The house is really great! Doors on all sides can be opened with blinds and the cooling breeze provides a wonderful temperature inside as well.
The large terrace under the palapa is directly adjacent to a nature reserve where you can see the most beautiful birds all day. There is also a long swimming pool where it is good to swim laps.
The decor is very attractive with lots of wood and natural materials. The kitchen is the most complete I have ever seen in a vacation home. A wonderful place to cook (if you don't eat at one of the many restaurants on the island).
The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all overlook the pool and are decorated soberly and stylishly. With truly fantastic beds!

We immediately booked again for next year!
Kas Bèrde, proved a completely relaxing place for us. Day and night the views over the city of Kralendijk and the ocean view with Klein Bonaire Island are wonderful. We enjoyed the small and very long pool for swimming. The trade winds pass freely through the beautiful wooden structure of the house and this allows for a cool temperature at the private terrace behind the house. The terrace overlooks a small nature area with local vegetation, where we could endlessly spot birds; the blue tailed emerald hummingbirds, the yellow-winged parrots, mockingbirds, troupial etc. The covered car park and its nearby rinse tank provide all the necessities you may need as a diver or windsurfer. Guest access
As a guest of Kas Berde you have access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, you can enjoy the private garden, covered veranda and of course the beautiful infinity pool with pool deck. There's free parking on the premises and all facilities like BBQ and washing machine are at your disposal. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! The Sunwise hosts for the accommodation will make arrangements with you about your arrival.

We as the Sunwise team do everything for a pleasant stay at Kas Berde and are available during your stay for questions and assistance. You can best reach us via email or WhatsApp from the Sunwise guest team for Kas Berde, or through the messaging platform where you made your booking. We usually respond quickly during the day and are happy to help with island tips, restaurant recommendations or practical matters regarding your accommodation.
Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM, check-out by 10AM. Early or late check-in/out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations. We ask you to keep noise down in the evenings for the neighbors. Enjoy your stay at Kas Berde!
