Casa Presioso is a luxurious two-story villa on the edge of Santa Barbara, offering breathtaking views of the sea, Kralendijk, and Klein Bonaire, a private pool, a tropical garden, and special amenities for divers and snorkelers.

General description of the villa

Casa Presioso is located on a private cul-de-sac at the border of Santa Barbara. Its elevated position offers spectacular, unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, Kralendijk, and Klein Bonaire, stretching from the Slagbaai National Park in the north to beyond the salt pans in the south!

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1,088 m² garden with dozens of palm trees, bougainvillea, oleanders, and tuturutus blooming year-round. The location is ideal for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts, with several dive sites nearby.

The layout of the villa

The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have luxurious double box-spring beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans with remote control. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second one. On request, the double beds can be separated into singles.

The open kitchen in the living area is fully equipped: from quality knives and a large collection of pots, pans, and utensils, to all the appliances a cooking enthusiast could wish for, including 2 ovens, a large gas stove with wok burner, spacious refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, blender, chopper, hand and stick mixers, dishwasher, toaster, 3 coffee machines (filter, pads, and capsules), citrus juicer, and even a slow cooker.

Outside you’ll find a private pool with a spacious sun deck, a veranda with a lounge area, and two outdoor dining rooms with large tables: one by the BBQ outdoor kitchen and a second on the breakfast/dinner terrace on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there’s a second fridge for cooling drinks by the pool, on the lounge bench, or in the hammock.

With solar panels, a solar water heater, LED lighting, and greywater recycling for garden irrigation, Casa Presioso contributes to sustainability and a more eco-conscious holiday experience.

Casa Presioso is especially suitable for divers and snorkelers: on the side of the house, you’ll find 3 rinse tanks for dive gear and underwater cameras, plus a lockable drying area.

The villa is also perfect for remote workers and digital nomads: Casa Presioso offers unlimited access to the fastest available fiber internet on Bonaire (> 100Mb). A computer (iMac) and laser printer are also available.

Entry Tax Regulation

Visitors to Bonaire should pay the Entry Tax due themselves – online – at Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid at the airport, upon arrival, but this is not recommended due to the potentially long wait times.

How often are the facilities cleaned?

All our accommodations are private homes, with no hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides sufficient towels and linens in Casa Presioso. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
Is there free parking available?

Casa Presioso has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park on the side of the road, near the house.
Does the villa have a swimming pool?

Casa Presioso has a lovely private pool, on its own property. Ideal for that cool drink in the Bonairean heat, or that sultry cocktail after sunset.
What are the costs of staying here?

Prices for Casa Presioso may vary depending on the season, number of guests and so on. Also, there is the last-minute discount we apply for the first 20 days after the booking date. By entering your desired dates and number of guests, you will see the total price, including all fees and any discounts.
How far is it to the center of Kralendijk?

Casa Presioso is about 4,6 kilometers, or 2.9 miles from Kralendijk, a 9-minute drive away, where our guests can find the nicest bars, stores and restaurants on the island.
How close is the nearest beach?

We recommend that all our guests at Casa Presioso rent a car while on Bonaire, and by car, the nearest beach, that of Isidel Beach Park, is only a 5-minute drive away, about 3,4 kilometer, or 1.9 miles.
What activities are available in the area?

Near Casa Presioso you will find Flamingo Adventure Golf, Epic Sunset Tours, Seacow Snorkel Tours, Mangroves and Klein Bonaire, but with a rental car, the best snorkeling– en dive sites, as well as all other activities on Bonaire, are always nearby.
What restaurants are nearby?

Just a few minutes by car from Casa Presioso, some of Bonaire’s best bars and restaurants can be found, such as At Sea, Capriccio, Ingridients, Sebastians, Cuba Compagnie en Oscar Lighthouse.
Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Casa Presioso has free Wi-Fi for our guests. Internet on Bonaire may not be what you are used to from home in terms of speed and bandwidth, but our guests can generally make online calls and use streaming services just fine.
