Casa de las Brisas is located in Waterlands Village, a cozy resort with 24 adorable cottages, 14 of which are directly on the Laguna Marina. What makes this holiday home unique? The views over the water towards the neighboring Ocean Breeze Bonaire resort. In addition, you have access to a small communal beach right in front of the door and can even dock a boat. The attractions of Kralendijk are only 2800 meters away, and the famous beaches like Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are even within walking distance. Dive enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the nearby shore dive sites and dive school. In short, Casa de las Brisas is the epitome of comfort and convenience, right in the heart of the Caribbean Netherlands.

Entry Tax Regulation
Visitors to Bonaire should pay the Entry Tax due themselves – online – at Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid at the airport, upon arrival, but this is not recommended due to the potentially long wait times.

You should stay here!
We had a wonderful stay at Casa de las Brisas. The home was in excellent condition. Beautiful screened in porch. Two lovely bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The house had lots of extras. We loved the outdoor shower and laundry line to hang up our wet suits and towels. It had everything we needed for a week of marine exploration and fun! Sunwise customer service was outstanding. They greeted us promptly upon arrival and communicated with us when needed. They allowed a late check out since they had no other visitors checking in on the date of our departure. I even left my AirPods at the home and Ellie went out of her way to deliver them to the airport for me! Don't even second guess it, you can't go wrong with renting this home. Nice cottage in a blissful location!
Casa La Brisa (Waterlands Village) is a very nice vacation accommodation for two couples. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms that are both equally large and spacious, which is rare in vacation rentals. The air conditioning works fine (which is necessary on the island anyway) and the cottage is well equipped for 4 people. The furniture is a bit plain but certainly adequate (although a hammock or lounge chair on the terrace would have been nicer than the hanging chair that is there now). The outdoor shower and terrace also make the cottage perfect for divers. The property is quiet and very central on the island, close to dive centers, stores and restaurants. Kudos also to the Sunwise Bonaire staff, it was very easy and nice communicating with them and with our host Ellie (who responded very quickly and efficiently when we needed her)!
