Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 14 is a comfortable apartment in Punt Vierkant, located in the popular Belmar Oceanfront Apartments complex. From the balcony and pool deck you have full ocean views toward Klein Bonaire. With a living area of 55 m², there is plenty of space for two guests. Good and More supermarket is 350 meters away, Bachelor’s Beach 650 meters, Brass Boer 950 meters and dive center Dive Friends Delfins also 950 meters. The apartment is on the ground floor and guests have access to the communal regular swimming pool in the tropical garden.
Layout of the apartment
The apartment has one bedroom, the master bedroom, with a comfortable king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is fully equipped, including a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice maker and kettle. The living room flows onto the balcony at the pool deck, overlooking the shared garden and the sea. This is a lovely spot to relax outside and soak up the Caribbean atmosphere.

From Punt Vierkant it’s only a short drive to Bachelor’s Beach, one of the most charming little beaches on the southern edge of Kralendijk. At the bottom of a low cliff you’ll find a narrow strip of sand that often remains pleasantly quiet. The shallow, clear water is great for snorkeling among colorful reef fish along the coral-rich shoreline. Bring water shoes for the pebbles at the entry and feel free to stay into the evening: sunsets at Bachelor’s Beach are often impressively beautiful.

The neighborhood
Upscale coastal strip along the azure-blue water, just south of the airport. Getting around
Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 14 in Punt Vierkant is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle you can reach every corner of the island at your own pace, from remote snorkel spots to local restaurants. We highly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise days.

Spectacular sunset!
The view from this apartment makes the whole thing worth it. It was quite spectacular seeing sunset over the water, seeing the pelicans flying in the morning, and watching the divers at various times.
The apartment was very clean and in good shape and very comfortable. The kitchen even had some pots and a pan that were not non-stick! That's huge. Usually rentals just have awful, chipping, non-stick, toxic pans. They had only toxic black plastic cooking utensils, so we bought some bamboo ones that we left behind for the next guest. We got them at the Good and More Supermarket which is an easy walk from this apartment.
A few things to be aware of:
1. Airbnb says you should communicate through their app, but the host says communicate with their Bonaire rep via phone Whats app
2. There is something wrong with the stove. You can't use more than one burner at a time.
3. Make sure you ask for two keys! There is no deadbolt. You have to use the key to lock the door when you're inside. Read more 4th Mar 2025 by Feza via

As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 14 you have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, open kitchen and the balcony on the pool deck. You can also use the shared garden, the communal swimming pool and the other outdoor areas within Belmar Oceanfront Apartments. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange a meeting time with you for check-in.
