Christmas holiday with family on Bonaire
What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Heros Sabadeco. A very pleasant house, fully equipped with all comforts. A warm and inviting home with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Heros Sabadeco. The check-in was very pleasant, and there were some drinks in the fridge as a welcome. A beautifully large house, fully equipped with everything you need. Exactly as shown in the photos on the website. We especially loved the shutters in every room — you could close them, and they all had screens. The large sliding doors by the terrace also had screens. There was air conditioning and fans everywhere, which is a must on Bonaire. We slept wonderfully. During our stay, the house was cleaned again, and the bed linen and towels were replaced. The pool was also cleaned and topped up. We were informed about everything neatly and in advance. The house is located slightly higher up, giving you a beautiful view of the sea — watching the sunset from the upper terrace was amazing! The garden is beautifully landscaped with swaying palm trees and lush plants. Birds singing, and above all: peace and quiet! The car can be parked on the private gated property. Conclusion: Don’t look any further if you’re searching for a beautiful house that has all the comforts you need. Less than a 10-minute drive to famous dive spots like 1000 Steps, 15 minutes from Kralendijk, stunning views, and a completely relaxing atmosphere! This is the place to be! Superb and extremely helpful
The property manager was superb and extremely helpful solving a number of issues that we encountered during our 3 week stay. We found the the house satisfactory, but missed having a microwave in the kitchen, and having a washing machine without a dryer to be inconvenient for the length of our stay. I would suggest that the old bureau in the master bedroom be replaced. One drawer was missing a knob so it couldn't be opened. We used the top of the bureau but not the drawers. For US visitors be aware that the house has electric outlets in the bathrooms but only1 in the large open spaced living area near the TV. All other outlets are for European voltage. Fantastic vacation in a beautiful house
Spent 10 wonderful days with our family in villa Heros during the May vacations. The location was perfect for us. Wonderfully quiet and a fantastic view. The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures and the pool is very nice. The team from Sunwise provided good and quick communication in advance and they made sure we were welcomed. Hosts were extremely helpful
Great location and views. House is close to Dive shops (Buddy Dive, Captain Don’s) and everything you need - grocery stores, downtown and restaurants.
Hosts were extremely helpful. Our plane was cancelled and the helped make sure our rental car was not passed to the next person during Christmas week. (All cars are rented this week so would have ruined our vacation).

Very livable, comfortable home with lots of privacy
We stayed in this home for a week with our son and daughter in law. We’ve traveled to Bonaire many times since 2015 and love it. This is a very livable, comfortable home with lots of privacy. After the pool was cleaned we enjoyed the pool. We’ve rented homes in Sabadeco before and like the neighborhood. It’s close to the dive sites we go to the most. Some things to be aware of. There’s only one dive tank and very limited places to dry your dive gear. The combo microwave/oven is awkwardly located and really difficult to use; a user manual should have been available. The electrical outlets are primarily European style with a few US style outlets scattered here and there which made charging devices inconvenient. There is a small clothes washer but no dryer. Air drying clothes is complicated and takes time as the drying areas are limited. All said, however, we would stay in this home again. Read more 22nd Dec 2024 by Roy via
Great holiday
Enjoyed two weeks in this lovely home. Fabulous views of the sea and little Bonaire. House has all facilities. Nice pool and top beds. Good kitchen, fully equipped. Communication with Simon was pleasant and always immediate response to questions. Highly recommended for people who want to enjoy this beautiful island. Booked twice now on Bonaire with Sunwise, excellent experience. Next time again ....
