Kas Pura Vida is a detached villa in the popular Belnem neighborhood and, with approximately 225 m² of space, offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The property is conveniently located for amenities, with supermarket Good and More at 1.5 kilometers, Bachelor’s Beach at 500 meters, restaurant Brass Boer at 1.8 kilometers and dive center Dive Friends Delfins at 1.9 kilometers. In the large private garden you will find a regular private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
Layout of the villa
Kas Pura Vida has four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with two single beds and a studio with a king-size bed. There are four bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and terrace and is equipped with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice maker and kettle. Outside you will find a private garden, a covered veranda and a rooftop terrace with a relaxing atmosphere.

From Kas Pura Vida you are quickly at Bachelor’s Beach, one of Bonaire’s popular south coast beaches. This intimate spot sits at the base of a low cliff and offers a narrow strip of sand, ideal for relaxing by the water. A staircase leads you straight into the sea, where you can snorkel immediately in clear water with coral and colorful reef fish. It is also a great place to soak up the laid-back beach vibe of the southern coastline.

The neighborhood
South of the center and towards the salt pans, this is one of Bonaire’s best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem has grown into an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You are close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor’s Beach) and iconic dive sites, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It’s a quiet residential area with quick access to the airport and town center.
Getting around
Kas Pura Vida in Belnem is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of the villa. With your own car you can explore the island at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots and dive sites to local restaurants. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park’s roads are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

What a wonderful house in a top location. During our holiday on Bonaire, we stayed here with two families. The house met all our expectations — spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms, and a great kitchen. We really enjoyed the pool, perfect for cooling off on a warm day or relaxing in the hammock! There were quite a few mosquitoes, though. The location is excellent — close to everything, and you can easily walk to Bachelor’s Beach or Te Amo Beach. Definitely recommended! Great and easy to communicate with
7 adults stayed here and it was open, airy and didn't feel crowded at all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. It was so easy to get our dive gear out of the trucks and get it rinsed in the dive tanks. Perfect location for south diving and close enough to everything. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future stays in Bonaire. The management company was great and easy to communicate with answering questions very quickly. Fantastic villa – equipped with all amenities!
The four of us (four adults) stayed in this lovely villa and enjoyed it immensely. The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds are lovely, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and even a fine selection of spices. The pool is really a big plus - nice and cooling and well maintained. The washing machine was also handy, especially for longer stays. The location is ideal: close to the airport, but without any noise pollution. In short: highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay! Guest access
As a guest of Kas Pura Vida, you have access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, the four bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and the generous outdoor areas such as the private garden, covered veranda, rooftop terrace and private pool. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide an introduction to the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally host all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange the details of your check-in with you.
Directly adjacent to the main villa is a fully equipped and furnished, self-contained studio. This apartment, with the fourth bedroom and bathroom, offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation for two additional guests, bringing the total number of guests at Kas Pura Vida to eight. This guesthouse is only available for bookings of seven or eight people, or at an equivalent rate.
Interaction with guests
The Sunwise team will do everything possible to make your stay at Kas Pura Vida as pleasant as can be. During your vacation we are available for questions, tips or assistance. You can best reach us via email or WhatsApp of the Sunwise guest team for Kas Pura Vida, or through the messaging platform you used to make your booking. We usually respond quickly during daytime hours so you can enjoy Bonaire without worries.
Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM. Early or late check-in and check-out may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed at Kas Pura Vida, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down in the evenings out of respect for the neighbors. Enjoy your stay at Kas Pura Vida!
