Gorgeous new location

Gorgeous new location, perfect for a group. It's a wonderfully peaceful place, and within 10 minutes, you can reach the busier area of Kralendijk. A few minor suggestions for improvement: the lighting in the bathroom is a bit insufficient. Perhaps adding a magnifying mirror with additional lighting would be helpful. Also, a towel exchange for stays longer than a week would be appreciated. Other than that, our stay was superb! Read more

We greatly enjoyed our time living there

Once more, we had a wonderful time on the island. Cecile and Simon were right there whenever we needed them and took very good care of our family. The flats we rented were in top condition and we greatly enjoyed our time living there. We'll definitely think of staying again with Sunwise Bonaire in the future! Read more

Seeing turtles from the terrace!

Wonderful stay in spacious house. We hardly noticed the airport. View on the water from the terrace where we also saw a turtle emerge a few times to breathe air. Little to add, beyond fantastic. Read more

This was really great and highly recommended

This was really great and highly recommended. The villa is located on Delfin's Beach Resort and as a guest in the villa you can make use of the great facilities: several pools, sun beds, a beautiful beach, beach bar.... Simply paradise. Facilities in the villa are perfect, we enjoyed the little pool at the villa. We even had sea view from our balcony, so our expectations were exceeded. We did not get to have dinner at Brass Boer as it was fully booked all the time so recommend to book this in advance if you like going out for dinner there. We also cooked meals in the villa which worked perfectly well too. the neighborhood is the most posh area of bonaire next to the amazing Piet Boon villa's. So all in all highly recommended, we don't have any points of improvement to be honest. Also great there is a carport at the villa so perfect to park the car. Read more

A Beautiful View of the Sea

Unit location was perfect for us. This was just at the edge of downtown Kralendijk with so many restaurants to choose from and plenty of retail shops. View from balcony was marvelous with amazing sunsets. Seating area was sufficient wit a smart tv and WiFi. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, etc. Bedroom had plenty of storage, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Bathroom had nice shower. Across the street was the Epic shuttle to Klein Bonaire and we could use the shuttle anytime as part of the stay. Be aware that there is no designated parking space. If you have a vehicle, you will have to search for a parking spot anytime you drive to explore the island and return. You may find a spot one, two, three or more blocks away on pavement or dirt. You never know what luck might bring. Read more

A beautiful villa in a delightful resort.
Everything has been thought of in the house.
Light, spacious, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen inventory. Lovely pool in the garden.
Towel service for the pool towels, and fresh towels and cleaning in the house every day. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Late check-out was not a problem.
The restaurant and bar are absolutely fantastic!

You really enjoy a holiday in this apartment!

What a wonderful apartment! Caribbean Dream (formerly known as 'Flamingo'), is situated in a beautiful location, outside the bustle of Kralendijk, in a quiet area. A spacious terrace where you can sit very freely and relax. Two beautiful spacious bedrooms both with shower. Lots of green around the complex. The apartment is fully equipped. New kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and furnished by the Dutch owner, which makes you feel at home very quickly. Across the complex you have a beautiful beach, wonderful sea and a good kitchen. A communal swimming pool is also available on the complex. We felt at home in this beautiful apartment and will definitely be back! Read more

The reef starts on your doorstep!

What a wonderful place! The reef starts on your doorstep and is safe for children to snorkel. There are parrots in the tree in the garden, iguanas walking past and a hummingbird came every morning to feed from a flowery bush. It’s a 15 min walk into ‘town’ along the water. The one local annoyance was the abundance of mosquitoes — bring long shirts and trousers for the evenings! The host had sorted mosquito spray already. Read more

Peace and quiet in a luxury residential area

Beautiful location in one of the most famous residential areas. Had good contact with Debby the hostess of Sunwise, who received us in the house and handed over the key. It is a calming neighborhood. the house has all the luxury you need in a holiday.
The house itself has a few minor technical defects. If you are a little handy, it is not a problem. For example, you have to be slightly technical to open and close the doors. The blinds also work creatively with wooden blocks to keep it closed Read more

Den Laman suited us to a T

We had a wonderful trip. Bonaire was a treat of a lifetime, and we intend to return. Den Laman suited us to a T, a small, friendly property, where we got to acquaint ourselves with some of our neighbors, as well as the great people who work at the dive shop next door.
