Sea You Soon is a spacious villa of 220 m² located on the boulevard of Kralendijk, directly on the Caribbean Sea. The property offers beautiful ocean views and features a private garden, a covered veranda, and a terrace – ideal spots to make the most of this extraordinary waterfront setting. Dive Friends Yellow Submarine is just 20 meters away, Isidel Beach Park and restaurant Biña at Chogogo are approximately 1 kilometer away, and supermarket Zhung Kong is 1.9 kilometers from the villa. Free parking is available both on the property and on the street.
Layout of the villa
The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king-size bed, while bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 each have a queen-size bed. The open-plan kitchen connects directly to the living area and is fully equipped with built-in appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and an ice maker. Outside, you have a private garden, a covered veranda, and a terrace – perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.

From Sea You Soon, you can walk or cycle in just a few minutes to one of the most celebrated dive sites in the entire Caribbean: Bari Reef and Isidel Beach Park. Bari Reef has long been recognized as one of the most fish-rich spots in the world – REEF (Reef Environmental Education Foundation) has recorded over 300 fish species here, making it an absolute must for both divers and snorkelers. Just so you know
- No A/C in the living area – the bedrooms are kept pleasantly cool with air conditioning; in the living area, ceiling fans and portable fans, combined with the sea breeze, keep things comfortable.
- No dryer – there's no clothes dryer, but with Bonaire's sunny climate and constant trade winds, laundry dries outdoors in no time.
- No pool – Sea You Soon doesn't have a pool, but the Caribbean Sea is literally right in front of you – Isidel Beach Park is just 1 kilometer away and the coast is easily accessible.

The neighborhood
Kralendijk's waterfront boulevard, with its piers, sailboats and motorboats moored at buoys, and colorful building facades: this is the heart of it all. Sea You Soon places you right among restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the departure points for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Perfect for those who want everything within walking distance and love an evening stroll along the boulevard. For divers and snorkelers, the Playa area is an excellent base thanks to quick access to the west coast dive sites; for foodies and shoppers, this is simply the place to be. Expect vibrance, convenience, and the shortest travel times to all amenities in Bonaire's capital, Kralendijk.
Getting around
Although Sea You Soon's central location in Kralendijk puts most things within walking distance, renting a car is highly recommended for exploring the rest of the island. With your own vehicle, every corner of Bonaire is accessible at your own pace – from secluded snorkeling spots to local restaurants off the beaten path. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas such as Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the unpaved park roads can be quite rough. There is no public transportation on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked in port.

Great oceanfront home right in town
We loved our stay in Sea You Soon beach house! It’s a great location for divers, being just 3 doors down from Dive Friends Yellow Submarine location. The house doesn’t have rinse tanks, so We would rinse our gear at the dive shop. The house did have a plastic tub and a hose in the backyard that we would use to clean our wetsuits. We did a couple dives right in front of the house! The air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms at night, and during the day we spent most of the time on the front porch. The house could use a freshen up on furniture, but that seems pretty typical for the rental market on Bonaire. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathrooms are really nice and seem newly remodeled. A dream house but with some shortcomings…
Sea You Soon is, in itself, a beautiful holiday home. Stunning views, pleasant bedrooms and bathrooms, and the center of Kralendijk within walking distance. While waiting for check-in, we were informed that the handover would be delayed by an hour because the cleaning wasn’t finished. When we went to look for the house, it turned out to be hard to find. We had taken the address from the internet: Kaya Gobernator N. Debrot 53, which turned out to be incorrect. The house itself (number 27!!) also does not display the name “Sea You Soon” on the façade. There was no one there to welcome us. When we contacted the hosts on our own initiative, we were repeatedly told how busy they were, which made us feel as though we were complaining unnecessarily. The HDMI cable for the TV was missing, so it was logical that we couldn’t get it to work. Dishwasher tablets were also missing; when we asked about this, we were given a liquid detergent instead. This caused the kitchen to flood. A repair technician had to dismantle three kitchen cabinets to dry everything out, which took hours. We ended up buying dishwasher tablets ourselves and left them there. The light in the dark kitchen didn’t work either, and it took days before this was fixed. There were no instruction manuals, so we initially couldn’t use the oven. The cleaning was not optimal; there was still dust in places and long black hairs in the shower. Perfect location but villa needs some attention
In the summer of 2025 we spent three weeks at beach house “Sea You Soon” on the boulevard in Kralendijk. Just like in 2024, the location was absolutely fantastic – right by the sea and perfect for enjoying Bonaire on walking distance. The villa has its own parking spot in front, although unfortunately it’s sometimes used by others as well. The setting is unbeatable, but the villa itself could use some attention. A few maintenance issues we noticed last year were still not fixed this year. For a house in this price range, you’d expect regular upkeep and a refreshed inventory – things like dishes and glasses could really use replacing, and cleaning supplies should be complete and in working order. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, but the villa itself was a bit of a letdown. The perfect spot for our relaxing get away
We booked our June vacation at Sea You Soon based on the location and it didn't disappoint. Being right on the Blvd within walking distance to down town Krakendijk, and Dive Friends was perfect for us. The house is outfitted great from the kettle to the stove to the coffee makers; we felt right at home. We opened the house to catch the breeze in the day and at night used the AC in the bedroom. When we weren't diving, we spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the view & the sunsets. Our host was attentive and very helpful. Pleasant, attentive, and available
Ideal location for sunset views, waterfront (sidewalk but NOT a sandy beach) for strolling (or running), comfortable walk to town, snorkeling reef walk-in at your doorstep. If you wish, observe close by dock returning catch of the day being cleaned. Numerous restaurants, various nationalities, wide range of prices, styles from raucous to quite formal. Outdoor post swim shower/gear rinse. Clothes washer with backyard clothes lines for drying.
Site managers pleasant, attentive, and available. All sorts of utensils, dish/cookware, and towels. However, in their words "this is not a hotel". After a day or two, if you need disposable items like soap, shampoo, laundry/dishwasher soap, tissues, paper towels plan to bring or buy.
Bedroom A/Cs more than adequate. Fans provided add comfort to common areas and porch which do have soft cross winds.
Mosquitos are present, but minimized with electronic "bug zappers".

A pleasant time
We had a pleasant time at the villa. As mentioned in previous reviews, it gets warm in the common areas. AC units are only in the bedrooms. We did experience an overwhelming amount of mosquitoes. Very lovey place

As a guest of Sea You Soon, you have full access to the entire villa: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, the living area, and all outdoor spaces – the private garden, the covered veranda, and the terrace. Free parking is available both on the property and directly on the street in front of the villa. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally by our team. The Sunwise hosts for Sea You Soon will coordinate your arrival time with you in advance.

The Sunwise team will do everything possible to make your stay at Sea You Soon enjoyable and hassle-free. During your visit we are available for questions, local tips, or assistance. The easiest way to reach us is via the Guest App, the email address of the Sunwise guest team for Sea You Soon, or through the messaging platform of the site where you booked. We usually respond quickly during daytime hours so you can fully enjoy Bonaire.
Other things to note
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
