Great views over the ocean
Villa Casawa is situated in the hills of Sabadeco Terrace, offering the great views over the ocean and Klein Bonaire that this area is famous for. Our guests in this attractive vacation villa, really feel the laidback atmosphere of the island when they watch the sunset.
Terrace with private pool
The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a large TV with Netflix. There is also a large sliding door to the terrace with swimming pool and an open kitchen. The wind is almost always on the side of the house and the windows in the living room can open, to let the cooling wind blow through.
Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen has a beautiful cooking island and is fully equipped, including a large American fridge, a dishwasher, a stove and a combi oven.
Infinity pool with a view!
The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and living room and here is a large, eight-person dining table. On the terrace there are also sunbeds for sunbathing next to the infinity pool, with a phenomenal view! If our guests would prefer this, the terrace can be closed on one side with shutters, so that they can eat or have a drink, sheltered from the wind!
Very comfortable lay-out
The house has four bedrooms, two of them with a private bathroom en-suite for maximum privacy and comfort and the other two, share a bathroom. The bathrooms all have a walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet.
Rinse tanks for scuba gear
On the side of the house is a rinse tank for diving gear. Here is also a ventilated area where diving gear can be stored and hung.
Underneath the terrace there’s an apartment that is rented separately to a permanent resident, who also keeps an eye on the villa if the house is not occupied. Access, even for the car of the tenant, is made so that our guests will not meet nor hear this tenant, so their privacy is therefore 100% guaranteed

Reviews 9.8/10
18 reviewsGreat views!
The house is exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate and up to date. The house offers incredible views, and its location on the hill provides for great cooling winds in the non-ac portion of the house. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was for a vacation rental. We had everything we needed. Also provided are re-freezable ice blocks for your cooler. We were concerned that we would be a bit too far from town for dinners in K-town, but it’s only a 10 minute drive. You have closer options too. We’ve been renting houses on Bonaire for 15 years, and will most likely rent Villa Casawa again. And as always, Elyse and Chris were wonderful, responsive hosts. Very nice house with beautiful view
A very nice house with good facilities. Beautiful view, and because of the slightly higher location it always seems to feel just slightly cooler (less warm) than in Kralendijk. Very welcoming reception by the host. There were even some drinks in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, and much was present. Herbs, foil, etc. Always nice that you don't have to buy stuff like that for a stay.
It would be nice if there was a lounge on the terrace. Now you can sit at the table or on a daybed. But since you're always outside, a couch or a low seat would be nice. Read more 22nd Jul 2024 by Edgar via
