Terrace for breathtaking sunsets
In the heart of Kralendijk, right by the sea and next to the famous restaurant It Rains Fishes, lies this amazing apartment with a fantastic view of the cozy marina, the azure Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire, the uninhabited island off the coast of Kralendijk. The terrace of the apartment offers the perfect opportunity for cocktails at sunset.

A lively atmosphere
The narrow one-way boulevard, the adjacent terrace of ‘Fishes’ and the pier of Nautico Marina, home to seafood charters and the water cab to Klein Bonaire, offer a lively atmosphere in the immediate vicinity, while Bonaire’s other popular restaurants and fun bars, are within walking distance.

The very comfortable lay-out
The apartment has a spacious living room with French doors to the front terrace, an open, fully equipped kitchen with various appliances and a bedroom with adjoining bathroom.

In the living room, besides the sea view, our guests will also find a ceiling fan for the necessary cooling, a smart TV with sound bar, a nice lounge sofa and two armchairs. On the terrace is a high table with two chairs where it is great for breakfast or cocktail drinking!

The kitchen has a bar table with 4 bar stools, a dishwasher, an American fridge with ice maker, a 4-ring ceramic hob, a small oven, a Nespresso machine, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed (2 single beds possible on request), a small lounge sofa, a large closet, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. In the adjoining bathroom, our guests can enjoy the rain shower.

Unlimited use of Epic’s water taxi!
Our guests have unlimited use of the swim ladder on the pier of Nautico Marina, where it is great snorkeling.
Also included is unlimited use of the Epic Water Taxi to No Name Beach on Klein Bonaire, one of the most beautiful beaches on Bonaire, with daily departures from the Nautico Marina pier.
The community pool with cabanas, sunbeds and chairs, is located behind the Club Nautico building.

Excellent service

Great apartment with a beautiful and central location. Excellent service as we were allowed to use the apartment until 6:00 PM on the day of departure.

What a view from the Epic apartment #2

Location, location, location. What a view from the Epic apartment #2. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all our needs for an outstanding vacation. Did I say something about location? An easy walk to all downtown activities such as shopping, dining, and cultural activities. Also one of the most incredible views of the Bonaire waterfront by opening the shutters to the terrace.
