General description of the villa

Villa Aventura, located in the villa area of Punt Vierkant, offers a covered terrace on the first floor with a small piece of sea view. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and a luxurious outdoor kitchen, making it the ideal place for both relaxation and entertainment. Just 5 kilometers from Kralendijk, with Brass Boer just 200 meters away and the beach less than a kilometer, this is the perfect location for both culture and nature lovers.

Villa Aventura has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating 17 people. There are 6 double beds that can be transformed into 12 single beds, and three rooms with a king-size bed. The open kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, and more. Each bedroom has access to its own balcony or terrace, ideal for privacy and comfort.

  Villa Aventura has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park on the side of the road, near the house.

• How often is Villa Aventura cleaned?

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Villa Aventura. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
