Villa Wayaka is a detached villa located in Punt Vierkant, the upscale coastal zone south of the airport, known for its luxury homes, oceanfront positions, and premium dive sites. With a living area of 350 m², the villa offers generous space for up to 6 guests. The Good and More supermarket is 550 meters away, Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis) is 700 meters away, restaurant Brass Boer is just 240 meters away, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins is also 240 meters away. Free parking is available both on the property and on the street. The private pool is a standard pool, exclusively for guests of Villa Wayaka.
Layout of the villa

- No dryer – There's no clothes dryer at the villa, but thanks to Bonaire's sunshine and steady trade winds, laundry dries outside in no time at all.
- Unpaved road – Villa Wayaka is accessed via an unpaved road. It's perfectly manageable in a regular car, though expect a little Bonaire-style massage on the final stretch.
- No A/C in the living area – The bedrooms are kept comfortably cool with air conditioning. In the living area, ceiling fans, portable fans, and the open connection to the outdoor spaces provide a pleasant breeze.

This neighborhood is home to luxury villas – some positioned directly on the waterfront, occasionally with their own private dock – and offers direct access to world-famous dive sites such as The Lake, Angel City, and the Hilma Hooker wreck. Getting around
To truly explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Villa Wayaka in Punt Vierkant, renting a car is highly recommended. With your own vehicle, every corner of Bonaire is within easy reach at your own pace – from secluded snorkeling spots to local restaurants. Most of Bonaire's roads are paved, but for visiting natural areas such as Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the roads inside the park are unpaved and can be quite rugged. Bonaire has no public transportation, and taxis are limited – especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Our vacation at Villa Wayaka is in one word amazing.
The villa is in reality even more beautiful than the pictures make you believe.
It is fully equipped and it is like new.
Our two hosts Jeroen and Denise are two lovely people you can ask anything and they do everything to make your stay unforgettable. Nothing has to and everything is possible! Bonaire and Villa Wayaka have won a huge place in our vacation hearts and we will definitely come back here again.

We highly recommend this house!
We had a wonderful stay, the location is exactly as in the pictures. Beautifully spacious inside and out. A beautiful garden! Air conditioners on the bedrooms were very nice. The reception was smooth, the departure also. The location is perfect, quiet but also close to the airport and Kralendijk. A car is soon a must, but also so comfortable. The supermarket is about 10 minutes away, if you are used to the Albert Heijn you will soon feel at home. We highly recommend this house!

Loved the pool and outdoor dining area
Good location, but you need a car. Felt safe. Some amenities were lacking (no microwave, coffee maker was horrible, no washcloths or hand towels). As a guest of Villa Wayaka, the entire villa is yours to enjoy: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, and the living area. Outside, you have exclusive use of the private garden, the covered veranda, the terrace, and the private pool – reserved solely for you and your travel party. Free parking is available on the property or on the street directly in front of the villa. To give our guests a warm welcome and a proper introduction to the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally! The Sunwise hosts for Villa Wayaka will coordinate your arrival time with you in advance.
