On one of the most beautiful spots on the island, we offer this luxurious two-bedroom sea view apartment in the Den Laman complex. The private beach of the complex is right downstairs! Wahoo is on the second floor, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Scuba dive center on site

Den Laman means ‘at the beach’ in the local language of Bonaire. Den Laman is near several shore dive sites, and also has a beautiful house reef called Bari Reef. The small building also houses a diving center and a pier, allowing the divers among our guests to go out diving right from their accommodation!

Beach club at walking distance

Den Laman is a 2-minute drive by car from the center of Kralendijk and also within walking distance of several beaches with restaurants like the Spice Beach Club. There is also a restaurant located in the building, with a beautiful terrace on the water.

Effortless Simplicity
Recently stayed at the Den Laman Condos which I booked through Sunwise Bonaire, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Sunwise Bonaire was absolutely a pleasure to work with. They made the entire process effortless and very simple. This was the second year we used Sunwise, and the same staff person came to meet us at the condos, welcome us, and do a walk through. It was great to see the same people working for the property management company, and shows that they must take care of their people, which came across to us. Had some light bulbs burn out during our stay, called to Sunwise and later that day they were fixed, so very responsive which is not typical on a laid back island. Again, I would highly recommend anyone coming to Bonaire to book with Sunwise at any of their properties. Read more

Easy diving off the private dock at one of the best reef's on the island. Easy access to town for groceries and restaurants. Located on the main road to the dive sites on the North & South ends of the island, with daily boat dives available right from the private dock if desired. Read more

Entry Tax Regulation

Visitors to Bonaire should pay the Entry Tax due themselves – online – at Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid at the airport, upon arrival, but this is not recommended due to the potentially long wait times.
