Dive the house reef
Den Laman in the local language of Bonaire means ‘at the beach’. The complex is located near several shore dive sites and it also has its own beautiful house reef (Bari Reef). The small building also houses a diving center and a pier, allowing the divers among our guests to go out diving right from their accommodation!
Near Kralendijk
Den Laman is at 2 minutes by car from the center of Kralendijk and also within walking distance of several beaches with restaurants like Spice Beach Club. There is also a restaurant located in the building, with a beautiful terrace on the water.

Rough scad
Simon and Cecile do an excellent job managing a number of units at Den Laman. I have stayed there a number of times and they have always gone above any beyond to make sure everything was in order. Worst place to stay 👎👎👎
The building is located next to a diving shop. Noise starting 6 in morning until night, loading metal tanks. There's restaurant in the building, drunk middle aged women and man going to the bathroom in the evening. Each studio has badly designed heavy steel doors, they make terrible noise when closed, it's shakes the entire building. It was nightmare and waisted money. Den Laman suited us to a T
We had a wonderful trip. Bonaire was a treat of a lifetime, and we intend to return. Den Laman suited us to a T, a small, friendly property, where we got to acquaint ourselves with some of our neighbors, as well as the great people who work at the dive shop next door. Great place, we’ll probably stay there, again, if it’s available when we come back
Liked - Great location, close to town, dive shop right next door, beachfront with a dock.

Exactly what we expected
The condo was exactly what we expected. Great location for diving and snorkeling. Easy to locate. North and away from all the cruise ships. The size of the condo was perfect for a couple. Clean neat and efficient. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plus the restaurant located on the property was very good. This unit is not facing the ocean and does not have an oven. We greatly enjoyed our time living there
Once more, we had a wonderful time on the island. Cecile and Simon were right there whenever we needed them and took very good care of our family. The flats we rented were in top condition and we greatly enjoyed our time living there. We'll definitely think of staying again with Sunwise Bonaire in the future!
