Kas Simba is a spacious 200 m² villa located in the desirable Belnem neighborhood on the ground floor. The accommodation offers garden views and is located just 400 meters from Good and More supermarket, 1.3 kilometers from Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis), 1.1 kilometers from Brass Boer restaurant, and 1.2 kilometers from Dive Friends Delfins dive center. The highlight of the villa is the regular private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip whenever you desire.

Sunwise insider tip
An absolute must-visit during your stay is Gotomeer in Washington Slagbaai National Park. This largest saltwater lagoon on Bonaire is hidden in the northern part of the park and is a magical place where Caribbean flamingos can often be admired. The lake is fed by seawater that flows in through underground channels, creating a unique ecosystem. Your best chance of spotting flamingos is in the early morning or late afternoon, when these elegant birds come to forage in the shallow water. Don't forget your binoculars!

Where you'll stay
The neighborhood
South of the center and towards the salt pans: one of Bonaire's most famous residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You're close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor's Beach) and iconic dive spots here; ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. Quiet residential area with quick routes to airport and downtown.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Simba in Belnem. With your own car, all corners of the island are accessible at your own pace, from remote snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as it enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There is no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked for example.

A very customer-oriented organization
Kas Simba is a paradise place on a paradise island. The house is spacious and fully equipped. It is also very tastefully decorated by the owners. You immediately feel at home there. The surroundings are quiet and yet close to all amenities. A place where you can fully enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Wonderfully
Despite unexpectedly late arrival we got support for check-in - thanks so much!
Even for the not self-explanatory safe (rtfm ;-), extra support came by - 1000 thanks for that too.
Everything was clean and in homely condition, so no extenuating beds, etc. We felt comfortable in no time at all.
We were glad that we brought a good fruit/vegetable knife, because we would have missed that.
I find it important to mention that the room with double bed without skies becomes a walk-through room for the guests of the two single beds if you don't want to go over the terrace. This is not a problem per se, if you like to lock off at night, two different keys are needed. These four guests also share the bathroom in between.

Guest access
As a guest of Kas Simba, you have access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, and the extensive outdoor areas with private garden, covered veranda, terrace, and of course the private pool. You can park for free both on the property and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! The Sunwise hosts of the accommodation will make arrangements with you about your arrival.

The Sunwise team goes the extra mile to make your stay at Kas Simba as enjoyable as possible. During your stay we are here to help with any questions. You can reach us most easily through the Guest App (the link is in your confirmation e-mail), by e-mail or WhatsApp of the Sunwise guest team for Kas Simba, or through the messaging platform where you made your booking. We usually respond quickly, especially during the day, and will make sure your stay on Bonaire is unforgettable.
Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM, check-out by 10AM. Early or late check-in or check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we ask you to keep noise levels down in the evening. Enjoy your stay at Kas Simba!
