General description
This spacious villa is located on the first floor of the luxury Delfins Beach Resort in the Punt Vierkant neighborhood. From the veranda and balcony, you overlook the lush tropical garden of the resort, with a glimpse of the Caribbean Sea from the upper floor. With a total area of 224 m², the villa offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Good and More is just 600 meters away, Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are 2.7 kilometers, and the center of Kralendijk is 6 kilometers. Brass Boer is only 100 meters away, and the Dive Friends Delfins dive shop is 125 meters. The villa features a refreshing private pool and access to multiple communal pools for resort guests.
Layout of the villa
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed measuring 180 by 200 centimeters. There are four modern bathrooms. The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The veranda, balcony, and tropical garden provide plenty of space to relax in the shade or sun.

Exceptional Stay
We had a fantastic stay at Delfins in the 4 Br villa with the private splash pool. The villa itself was large and spotless with 4 Br and 4 Br. I was pleasantly surprised that there was daily maid services with refills of coffee. The grounds of Delfins are a beautiful and clean. We would reserve the same villa again in a heartbeat. This was the perfect set up for us!

It wasn’t bad
We had 4 couples and we were told it was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. It may have been a translation mistake as there were showers in each bedroom, but only 3 toilets for the 4 bedrooms. We made it work, but not what we expected. The air conditioning in one bedroom didn’t work, although the staff brought a portable unit over immediately. The microwave didn’t work, but again, the staff brought a countertop one over. Lastly, there was only 1 key for 4 couples as prior guests didn’t return their keys. I understand they’re upgrading to electronic locks soon, which will fix that issue. The daily cleaning was great, the facility including the restaurants were very nice too. The staff was friendly. Villa #2 at Delphins Beach Resort
We realized the configuration once we arrived and were assigned Villa#2 at Delphins Beach Resort. In this villa upstairs inside is the kitchen with a four seat high top table, living room with the only TV in the villa, 1 bedroom with shower in it & 1 toilet with sink not in the bedroom, but behind a separate door accessed from the hallway. Outside upstairs are multiple seating areas (couches) & a large dining table. Downstairs outside is the pool with 4 lounge chairs. Downstairs inside is one Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom including shower, toilet & sink. The remaining 2 downstairs bedrooms each have 1 shower and share a toilet & sink accessed from the hallway. The pictures in the advertisement were of multiple villas. So depending on which villa you are assigned, some have the kitchen downstairs, some upstairs and other details may change. These details matter to some people and we wish we would have known this. This may be fine for a family, but not as ideal for individuals. Otherwise, the place is very clean and nice. Beautiful villa

Pure luxury
It is a great villa with private swimming pool. On the resort there are also two large swimming pools with private beach on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Free access to the Dreamz gym is really pure luxury. You get fresh linens and new towels in your villa about 2 times a week. For the beach, you can exchange your bath towels daily for clean bath towels at the front desk. Furthermore, there are several restaurants and beach bars where you can eat and drink... great! Our guests have access to the entire villa, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, open kitchen, living room, veranda, balcony, and tropical garden. They can enjoy a private pool and several communal pools, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, and free parking on the property.
Interaction with guests
At Sunwise, together with the entire Delfins team, we do everything we can to ensure that our guests have a fantastic stay at Villa Delfins Sunset! During their stay, the hospitable staff at Delfins are on hand to answer any questions and help with any requests. Our guests can best reach Sunwise before and after their stay via email or through the messaging system of the platform they used to book. We always strive to respond to incoming messages within a reasonable time, especially during the day!

Please note: Check-in at Villa Delfins Sunset is from 3:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability and prior or subsequent guests.
Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed in any of the accommodations we manage. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
