General description of the studio
The studio Black Durgeon is located in the Hato district, on the Kaya Gobernador Nicolaas Debrot. This studio is on the second floor of Den Laman Condominiums and is situated on the island side, while the complex itself is directly on the sea. The total size, including the balcony, is 60 square meters and it accommodates up to 2 guests. Groceries can be bought at Zhung Kong, 1200 meters away, while Isidel Beach Park is only 50 meters from the studio. The vibrant capital Kralendijk is 2.4 kilometers away. Restaurant Rum Runners is within 1 kilometer, and the dive center Dive Friends Den Laman is only 10 meters away. The studio includes air conditioning in the living area and is all on one level.

We enjoyed very much staying at Den Laman for a great access to the water for diving. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was excellent. December 2024 Den Laman Apartments
Den Laman apartment is an excellent choice for a getaway! The location couldn’t be better—perfectly situated for scuba diving enthusiasts and just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and downtown attractions. Lovely rental, excellently located! Cecile and Simon were gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They offered to extend late checkout which we appreciated incredibly. The apartment had excellent sunlight, all the essential amenities (coffee maker and plenty of towels were super helpful!), and a nice little balcony with a drying rack and a screen door for the option to let in a breeze. The little beach behind the building was lovely, super easy to access, and had beautiful shore snorkeling, diving, and sunset-watching. The place is a short walk or drive from many good food options and supermarkets, and it’s conveniently next to a dive shop and a beach-facing restaurant.
