Kas Hoi is a single-level vacation home in the residential area Sabalpalm Villas, offering pleasant garden views and 130 m² of living space. The Van den Tweel supermarket is 5.4 kilometers away, Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are 2.4 kilometers away, restaurant Foodies at Lac Bay is 6.4 kilometers away and dive center Dive Friends Delfins is 2.6 kilometers away. Outside, you have private access to a regular outdoor pool, surrounded by a private garden, a covered veranda, a terrace and a comfortable pool deck.
Layout of the villa
The home has two bedrooms: bedroom 1 features one king-size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is one full bathroom. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, plus all basic cookware and tableware. From the living area, you walk straight onto the covered veranda, terrace, pool deck and into the private garden, where there is plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dining.

A trip to Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, just a short drive away, really shouldn’t be missed. Te Amo Beach is known for its clear water and beautiful coral gardens close to shore, where snorkelers often spot many colorful reef fish. Across the road you’ll find Donkey Beach, a long fringing-reef shoreline where you can swim and snorkel in a more relaxed setting. Bring water shoes, as access is partly over coral and rock, and enjoy the quintessential Bonaire beach atmosphere here.

The neighborhood
Sabalpalm Villas is a quiet residential area in the southern part of Bonaire, just a short drive from the popular south coast beaches and dive and snorkel sites. The neighborhood mainly consists of detached homes with lots of greenery and spacious gardens, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. At the same time, you can drive in minutes to the coastal road along Te Amo and Donkey Beach and further on towards the salt pans and Lac Bay, making it easy to reach many of the island’s highlights.
Getting around
Kas Hoi in Sabalpalm Villas is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle you can explore at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots and the rugged southern coast to cozy local restaurants. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere you want. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise days.

We had a great week in Kas Hoi. The house is nice but the garden is amazing. We loved the pool and we enjoyed the birds who came to the the drinking cups which are installed. A convenient, clean, and relaxing getaway
We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport, beaches, and the city center.
The house was spotless, offering plenty of privacy, and the pool was a highlight for us. We felt very safe throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind. Luke, the manager, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had.

Lovely!
Kas Hoi is a fantastic place to enjoy peace and quiet with the comforts of home but still vacation. We enjoyed the privacy in the beautiful garden and lovely by your own pool. The reception by Evert was very easy and pleasant. The possibility that our son could also be with us for a few days from Curacao was no problem and the linen and towels were also taken into account. As a guest of Kas Hoi you have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the open kitchen, the living room and all outdoor spaces such as the covered veranda, terrace, private garden and pool deck with private pool. The on-site parking space and the washing machine are also for your exclusive use. To warmly welcome our guests and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange your check-in time with you.
Interaction with guests
We do everything we can to make your stay at Kas Hoi as comfortable as possible. During your vacation we are available for questions, tips or assistance, so you can enjoy Bonaire without worries. You can best reach the Sunwise guest team for Kas Hoi via email or WhatsApp, or through the messaging platform you used to book. We usually respond quickly during daytime hours, so you’re never left waiting long for an answer.
Other things to note
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other bookings.
