Kas Hoi is a nice and cosy villa with a huge tropical palm tree and cactus garden and a private pool! The house is situated in the beautiful residential area Sabalpalm Villas, close to the airport and just a few minutes away from the windsurf beaches at Sorobon, and the small, sandy beaches Bachelor’s Beach and Te Amo Beach.

Two porches for ample shade and wind
The house has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There’s a living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and two porches: one in the back and one in the front, overlooking the pool.

For the active divers and snorkelers, there is a place to rinse and store your precious equipment.

Entry Tax Regulation

Visitors to Bonaire should pay the Entry Tax due themselves – online – at Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid at the airport, upon arrival, but this is not recommended due to the potentially long wait times.

All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas Hoi. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.

Kas Hoi
Great villa with a nice garden and pool to unwind after a day of diving. Home is clean and grounds well maintained. Location is great for accessing the southern dive sites and only a few minutes from Kralendijk. Would definitely return in the future Read more
