Kas Hoi is a nice and cosy villa with a huge tropical palm tree and cactus garden and a private pool! The house is situated in the beautiful residential area Sabalpalm Villas, close to the airport and just a few minutes away from the windsurf beaches at Sorobon, and the small, sandy beaches Bachelor’s Beach and Te Amo Beach.

Two porches for ample shade and wind
The house has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There’s a living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and two porches: one in the back and one in the front, overlooking the pool.

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas Hoi. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
