Epic Oceanfront is a comfortable apartment in Kralendijk, located in the Club Nautico complex, overlooking the Club Nautico Marina. With approximately 80 m² of living space, this apartment offers a spacious home for two guests. Supermarket Zhung Kong is 2850 meters away, Chachacha Beach is 950 meters away, restaurant It Rains Fishes only 10 meters away, and dive center Dive Friends Yellow Submarine is 900 meters from the apartment. It is situated on the ground floor, and guests have access to the regular communal pool of Club Nautico.

The apartment has one bedroom, the master bedroom, furnished with one king-size bed, and one bathroom. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, and oven, ideal for cooking your own meals. From the living room you step straight onto the terrace, where you can relax on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the marina views. A washing machine makes longer stays extra convenient.

A stay at Epic Oceanfront really calls for a visit to Klein Bonaire. This uninhabited islet just off Kralendijk’s coast has been part of the Bonaire National Marine Park since 2001 and is a protected nature reserve. A short watertaxi ride from the boulevard brings you to a pristine white-sand beach and crystal-clear water. Bring your snorkel gear, because around Klein Bonaire you’ll find beautiful coral reefs and plenty of colorful reef fish, perfect for a laid-back day trip.

- No BBQ – Barbecuing isn’t possible here, but the boulevard offers plenty of restaurants for every taste.
- Street parking – You can park for free on the street close to the building, and there is usually enough space.
- City sounds – Thanks to the central location you may occasionally hear the lively sounds of Kralendijk in the background.

The neighborhood
Downtown Kralendijk with its waterfront boulevard, piers, sailboats and motorboats on moorings, and colorful facades puts you right among restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the departure points for various boat trips, including sunset tours and watertaxis to Klein Bonaire. It’s ideal if you want everything within walking distance and like to stroll along the boulevard in the evening. For divers and snorkelers, the Playa area is a great base thanks to quick access to the west coast sites; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience, and the shortest travel times to all amenities in Bonaire’s main town, Kralendijk.
Getting around
Epic Oceanfront in Kralendijk is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. With your own car you can explore the island at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local eateries. We recommend that everyone rents a car so you can really get around. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park’s roads are unpaved and sometimes rough. There is no public transport and only a limited number of taxis, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Perfect location and a fantastic stay!
This place was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and right on the marina. The location couldn’t be better; everything was walkable and exactly as described. It did get a bit loud at times due to local motorcycles and the restaurant next door, but honestly, that restaurant turned out to be the best on the island! Absolutely stunning view
I enjoyed my stay at the Epic Waterfront apartment. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. I took an Epic water taxi for free to Klein Bonaire, and it was the highlight of my trip. That perk was definitely an added bonus. The apartment is at the center of it all, and I was able to walk to most places. I booked day passes at the Chogogo resort and the Van Der Valk Plaza beach hotel, and I was able to walk to both (about 25 mins each way). There are tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket (Top) within walking distance for essentials. As other reviews have stated, you can hear everything going on next door at the restaurant. And you can hear the dishes being washed while you are in the bedroom. There were days where I wanted to take a nap but could not because of the noise. Great value for the price

Great central location!
Great central location on the water with a very good restaurant right next door. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants bars and shops and for divers, Dive Friends has one of their dive shops just a couple blocks up the waterfront. Nice view out over the water with a great sunset every night. Not always the most quiet place as there’s a lot of activity in the area, but we’d stay here again without question. Host was very communicative
Apartment location was excellent. Very walkable close to lots of restaurants and shops. There are a multitude of snorkeling opportunities within a short drive. We especially enjoyed our complimentary trip to Klein Bonaire via the Epic water taxi service. A unique benefit to this apartment offering I would highly recommend as it has an amazing sandy beach and snorkeling. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning and sunsets on the balcony. The pool was a nice place to relax if you wanted to take a break from the beaches. We didn’t have a designated parking spot but as others mentioned we didn’t have any issues finding street parking. We pretty much always found a parking spot at the dive shop one street back. Host was very communicative and answered a lot of our questions promptly. The view is wonderful
We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful, within walking distance of many popular restaurants and bars. Parking can be tricky but we lucked out a couple of times. The view is wonderful but it is on a very busy and loud road which is the trade-off for being in town. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of towels which we appreciated. Guest access
As a guest of Epic Oceanfront you have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room, and the terrace with outdoor furniture. You can also use the communal pool of Club Nautico and park your car on the nearby street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide information about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally host all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange an arrival time with you in advance.

The Sunwise team will do everything possible to make your stay at Epic Oceanfront enjoyable and hassle-free. During your visit we are available for questions, local tips, or assistance. The easiest way to reach us is via email or WhatsApp of the Sunwise guest team for Epic Oceanfront, or through the messaging platform of the site where you booked. We usually respond quickly during daytime hours so you can fully enjoy Bonaire.
Other things to note
