General description of the villa
Welcome to Beach House Sea You Soon, located in the charming area of Kralendijk. From the veranda on the boulevard side, where the large dining table is also located, you have an unobstructed view over the Caribbean Sea towards Klein Bonaire. On this side of the island, you can witness the most spectacular sunsets. You’re also within walking distance of Kralendijk’s charming shops, fabulous restaurants, and lively bars. The house reef of this part of Kralendijk is right at your doorstep, and one of the island’s largest dive centers is just two houses away.
The layout of the villa
This spacious villa has three bedrooms, with bed sizes ranging from 180 x 200 cm to 160 x 200 cm, and two bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The enclosed kitchen next to the living area comes with a breakfast table and various appliances, including a fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and multiple coffee makers. Even from the kitchen, you can enjoy the view over the Caribbean Sea.

A dream house but with some shortcomings…
Sea You Soon is, in itself, a beautiful holiday home. Stunning views, pleasant bedrooms and bathrooms, and the center of Kralendijk within walking distance. While waiting for check-in, we were informed that the handover would be delayed by an hour because the cleaning wasn’t finished. When we went to look for the house, it turned out to be hard to find. We had taken the address from the internet: Kaya Gobernator N. Debrot 53, which turned out to be incorrect. The house itself (number 27!!) also does not display the name “Sea You Soon” on the façade. There was no one there to welcome us. When we contacted the hosts on our own initiative, we were repeatedly told how busy they were, which made us feel as though we were complaining unnecessarily. The HDMI cable for the TV was missing, so it was logical that we couldn’t get it to work. Dishwasher tablets were also missing; when we asked about this, we were given a liquid detergent instead. This caused the kitchen to flood. A repair technician had to dismantle three kitchen cabinets to dry everything out, which took hours. We ended up buying dishwasher tablets ourselves and left them there. The light in the dark kitchen didn’t work either, and it took days before this was fixed. There were no instruction manuals, so we initially couldn’t use the oven. The cleaning was not optimal; there was still dust in places and long black hairs in the shower. Fantastic stay

Perfect location but villa needs some attention
In the summer of 2025 we spent three weeks at beach house “Sea You Soon” on the boulevard in Kralendijk. Just like in 2024, the location was absolutely fantastic – right by the sea and perfect for enjoying Bonaire on walking distance. The villa has its own parking spot in front, although unfortunately it’s sometimes used by others as well. The setting is unbeatable, but the villa itself could use some attention. A few maintenance issues we noticed last year were still not fixed this year. For a house in this price range, you’d expect regular upkeep and a refreshed inventory – things like dishes and glasses could really use replacing, and cleaning supplies should be complete and in working order. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, but the villa itself was a bit of a letdown. The perfect spot for our relaxing get away
We booked our June vacation at Sea You Soon based on the location and it didn't disappoint. Being right on the Blvd within walking distance to down town Krakendijk, and Dive Friends was perfect for us. The house is outfitted great from the kettle to the stove to the coffee makers; we felt right at home. We opened the house to catch the breeze in the day and at night used the AC in the bedroom. When we weren't diving, we spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the view & the sunsets. Our host was attentive and very helpful. Pleasant, attentive, and available
Ideal location for sunset views, waterfront (sidewalk but NOT a sandy beach) for strolling (or running), comfortable walk to town, snorkeling reef walk-in at your doorstep. If you wish, observe close by dock returning catch of the day being cleaned. Numerous restaurants, various nationalities, wide range of prices, styles from raucous to quite formal. Outdoor post swim shower/gear rinse. Clothes washer with backyard clothes lines for drying.
Site managers pleasant, attentive, and available. All sorts of utensils, dish/cookware, and towels. However, in their words "this is not a hotel". After a day or two, if you need disposable items like soap, shampoo, laundry/dishwasher soap, tissues, paper towels plan to bring or buy.
Bedroom A/Cs more than adequate. Fans provided add comfort to common areas and porch which do have soft cross winds.
Mosquitos are present, but minimized with electronic "bug zappers".

A pleasant time
We had a pleasant time at the villa. As mentioned in previous reviews, it gets warm in the common areas. AC units are only in the bedrooms. We did experience an overwhelming amount of mosquitoes. Very lovey place

Comfortable villa with a beautiful view
Comfortable villa with a beautiful view at a very good location. At times a bit noisy, probably like in a city. Good climat control, and musquito protection, though it needs proper care. Lovely property on a stunning location!
What a find. Lovely property, very well equipped, wide terraces with great sea views. Stunning location on the seafront with the calmest seas on the island and a sandy bottom - perfect for swimming. Surprisingly good snorkelling in the nooks and crannies along the shore and small coral heads.
