On one of the most beautiful spots on the island, we offer this luxurious one-bedroom apartment in the Den Laman complex. Yellow Tail Snapper Apartment is located ocean front, and the private beach of the complex are right in front of the terrace!

Jetty and dive center on site

Den Laman in the local language of Bonaire means ‘at the beach’. The complex is located near several shore dive sites and it also has its own beautiful house reef (Bari Reef). The small building also houses a diving center and a pier, allowing the divers among our guests to go out diving right from their accommodation!

Restaurant in Den Laman

Den Laman is a 2-minute drive by car from the center of Kralendijk and also within walking distance of several beaches with restaurants like Spice Beach Club. There is also a restaurant located in the building, with a beautiful terrace on the water.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay although it was a bit difficult to find the place when we first got there. The place was very clean and having the balcony facing the ocean as wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals! Read more

Simply perfect
Yellow Tail Snapper Apartment was ideal for us, the unit itself is simple yet it has everything you need. You can’t beat being oceanfront, having Dive Friends on the premises, diving off the dock, and having so many options for dinner that are walking distance. In addition to that all of the staff at Sunwise are really great at keeping you informed and taking care of issues promptly if anything arises. We give it a 10 out of 10! Read more

Great stay in Yellow Tail Snapper
Great unit; nice to relax on the outdoor balcony and enjoy the sunset after a day of diving. Unit was clean and well maintained, perfect for an extended stay. For divers the location is ideal; Dive Friends shop on site, lots of parking, easy to load up tanks and head out for the day. Having rinse tubs and secure storage on site is also a bonus. Easy check-in and check-out. We didn't have any problems during our stay but good to know that Simon and Cecile are only a phone call away if anything comes up. Great Place to Stay in Bonaire!
Sunwise, Den Laman Condominium, was an idyllic site for my first visit to Bonaire. Being an avid scuba diver, the associated dive shop next door, Dive Friends Bonaire, was very convenient and they gave me a 10% Sunwise discount. I took advantage of the unlimited shore diving opportunity, particularly at night (did boat dives during the day), made easy by nice facilities and free nitrox tanks at the shore (behind a locked gate with code access). My oceanfront condo, Yellow Tail Snapper, was clean, comfortable (good, quiet AC units) and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, spices, oil, etc., so I cooked some meals with friends and enjoyed dining on the balcony, watching the sun set. One of the best Italian restaurants in the world, Pizza Mare, is just a minute walk away. And ice cream at Luciano, across the street, should not be missed! I have no hesitation giving Sunwise Bonaire 5 stars, especially with the kind support of Simon, the knowledgeable and friendly proprietor of Den Laman. Best place to stay!
We stayed at Den Laman for the second time and it was amazing as always. The accommodations were perfect and Cecile and Simon and the whole team were great. We had a slight hiccup with the wifi and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Den Laman and Sunwise Bonaire. Read more

Visitors to Bonaire should pay the Entry Tax due themselves – online – at Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid at the airport, upon arrival, but this is not recommended due to the potentially long wait times.
