This modern condo is located on the first floor of Den Laman Condominiums in the Hato neighborhood. From the covered veranda, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the pristine island of Klein Bonaire. With a spacious layout of 150 m², the apartment offers ample comfort. Downtown Kralendijk is 2.7 kilometers away. Rum Runners restaurant is 1 kilometer from the property, while Isidel Beach Park is just 100 meters away. Zhung Kong is 1.2 kilometers distant for groceries and take-out. Dive Friends Den Laman sits right next door, just 10 meters from your front door.
Layout of the apartment
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed measuring 202 by 193 centimeters. There are two bathrooms. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, and mixer – perfect for those who love to cook, even on vacation. Blue Marlin is the Best
My wife & I just finished a 10 day stay at Blue Marlin Condo located in Den Laman. Blue Marlin is located on the ground floor so no stair climbing needed. Blue Marlin is absolutely huge with loads of space. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also large and roomy with very comfortable king sized beds. We found the place to be well appointed with every utensile, pot, pans, and appliances anyone could ask for. Everything is in good working order. The view from Blue Marlin is a true slice of heaven. Den Laman condo Blue Marlin
I just finished my one week stay at Blue Marlin and it was wonderful. The unit was very clean, well furnished and very clean. The patio faced the ocean. We had a power failure one afternoon impacting the whole building. Power went on in the building but failed to go back on in this unit. I called Simon and he arrived within 10 minutes. He had keys to a separate room that had circuit boxes for each unit. Simon found these circuits failed to go back on so Simon flipped them on and all the power was restored. It’s hard to imagine a better accommodation
For serious divers, it's hard to imagine a better accommodation than Den Laman. The location is ideal, as the condo is immediately adjacent to a particularly good Dive Friends location. The private pier allows access to Bari and Front Porch Dive sites, with tanks and rinse facilities on the pier, so those dives are easy to do any time. Our condo - Blue Marlin - was great. Great view
We have stayed at the Marlin Suite before. It is wonderful. It's right on the bottom floor (no need to walk up steps) with a great view. We had a couple of issues that were addressed very promptly. PERFECTION!!!
If you're looking for a beautiful home with the best location, ease of diving and like to work with wonderful, friendly, very responsive people...stop looking, you just found the perfect place! This was our second time to Bonaire and from the minute I booked Blue Marlin at Den Lamen until the minute we checked out, we were treated so wonderfully! Debby, Ron, Cecile and Simon are AMAZING and made our stay extra special. Sunwise Bonaire is the BEST! The condo was everything we expected and more. It's beautiful and huge! We had everything we needed and commented everyday on how we felt like we had the best place on the island. Being on the first floor with the amazing patio, unbelievable views and access to the beach and dive pier was so perfect. Everything in the condo was top notch- from the appliances to the furnishings... everything! Having Simon and Cecile on the island to help with anything we needed was so wonderful, they are so friendly and eager to help. They made our trip extra special!
