Location, location, location!

We spent 2 weeks in the Terramar Heros Penthouse, and this is our 2nd time staying in Terramar. You can't beat the location - it's close to many places we frequently visit. The water taxi to Klein Bonaire, the waterfront restaurant, and the coffee/ice cream shop are downstairs. We walk out in snorkeling gear to snorkel in front of the apartment building daily. The parking is downstairs, which is very convenient as long as you can find a spot. We wish they had a microwave oven in the apartment. The managers, Cecile and Simon, were very responsive to some issues we had. We will stay there again the next time we visit Bonaire. Read more

Great Location, Great Stay

We traveled as a family of 4 and this was our 6th visit to Bonaire. We really enjoyed the location of this property, incredibly convenient. Great quality of accommodation, modern and clean. Dedicated parking for residents was excellent, as well. Read more

Right in the heart of everything

Location was perfect right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to all the restaurants & shops. Clean, modern home. Air condition only in the bedrooms not in the living area is the only drawback, but with all the windows open, the breeze was nice and kept it comfortable in the evenings and night time. During the day it got a little warm, but we were gone most of the day so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Read more

Beyond perfect

This location was beyond perfect for for our family to be able to explore. After driving the island and visiting other beaches, it was perfect to come back to a location where we all had room to lounge and shower, then head out for the night to try a new restaurant. The amenities in the condo were also extremely easy to use, and fit all our needs. The hosts provided enough to get us started so we did not have to leave right away to go to the store. We even were welcomed with a beverage in the fridge to toast our adventure. The host helped guide us to concrete parking, explained the amenities and even allowed us a little extra time to check out so we could make our next flight without rushing. Will absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to see the island and be in the heart of downtown! Read more

This apartment was beautiful!

This apartment was beautiful! The views and location can't be beat. Lots of energy and downtown vibes. We were greeted as soon as we landed and welcomed into the flat. The ocean front balcony and eating area was utilized every night to people watch and enjoy the downtown nightlife.
As others have stated, this place is right downtown and full of life. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, I would stay somewhere else. It's noisy and vibrant, and not for guests who want to go to bed early and sleep well. All the bars and vibrant nightlife are directly below. You will feel the bass from the nightclubs and exhaust from the local motorcycles revving til 3am. That's what we wanted and knew exactly what we signed up for when we booked this flat.
We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and used the washing machine multiple times. The AC worked amazingly and the rooms cooled down super fast every night. Note * The back room is the only room with an ensuite toilet, other rooms share a single. Read more

Really enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 5 nights at this airbnb and really enjoyed our stay. Initially there were some problems with the AC units and the hot water heater, which was replaced the second day we were there. Our host was very responsive and made sure the issues were corrected asap. The elevator wasn't working and this unit is on the top floor, so if you need the elevator for any reason, confirm that it's working prior to booking. They were working on it our last day, but we had no problem taking the stairs. The proximity to the restaurants and shops is unbeatable. We loved the large balcony and enjoyed dinner out there a few nights. There is a great view of the ocean and sunset. Since this property is in the main part of town, it is a bit noisier at night. The dedicated parking for our rental car was nice to have. The beds are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated. I would recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.
