Kas Linde is located in the Water Villas Bonaire resort, just a few minutes drive from Kralendijk. The villa has a beautiful view of the Laguna Marina that opens to the Caribbean Sea. The villa is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms with each two double beds that are made up as king-size double beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen with various appliances, a covered veranda and a private pool.

The villa is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is modernly furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The covered veranda is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the water. The private pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day.

We enjoyed our stay at Kas Linde on Bonaire with our family. The house was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. The location is quiet and you can get anywhere by car. What we especially liked was the contact with the owners. They were easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. They were also very friendly and helpful - you immediately feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for a great time!

Definitely recommended👍
We had a wonderful vacation with the luxuries of home and the added bonus of a private pool where you can get in early in the morning and cool off in the afternoon until the sun is down. We were not aware that your internet does not work without wifi so outdoors you have to rely on offline maps to get somewhere. This as a tip.

Kas Linde
A great house with beautiful decor and equipped with all amenities and luxuries. Nice pool to cool off after a day at the beach or another outing on the island. The location is top. Although of course nothing is far away on Bonaire. Currently there is a lot of construction going on around the water villas, but you have no nuisance from that. You can hardly hear the nearby airport. A car or scooter is necessary to explore the surroundings and do fun activities. Any questions to Sunwise will be answered quickly. Recommended!!!!

Highly recommended!!!
A great house with beautiful decor and equipped with every comfort and luxury. Nice pool and location is top. There is still a lot of construction going on around the water villas.
Car or scooter is necessary to explore the area and to do fun activities.
1 good restaurant within walking distance.
We stayed here with our family.
2 sons aged 19 and 17.

Great house
We stayed at Kas Linde for ten nights in June 2024. A great spacious house, fully equipped and very good beds. Definitely recommended! Also the contact with and service from Sunwise is very good. There is construction going on in many places, including across the water. You can hear that, but we didn't find it disturbing. Read more

Kas Linde was great
Kas Linde house through Sunwise rental company was the perfect pairing. The house was great. The private pool was a nice bonus. House was clean. House has screens on the sliding doors and that works great to keep the bugs out and the wind moving through the house.Sunwise did a great job with communication. Fully equipped
Two under one hood home. Fully equipped. Pleasant communication with landlord. One bathroom with sewer air, which could not be remedied, is experienced as uncomfortable. Also noise nuisance, due to construction works nearby, was a pity. Read more

Fantastic stay!
Kas Linde is a wonderfully spacious house, with everything you could want during your vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped; plenty of plates, dishes, glasses, cups and pans, all three bedrooms have a bathroom and the terrace has a lovely pool, sun loungers, a lounge sofa and a dining table. There is currently construction across the street so we were facing a wall, but that also gave us privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly also enjoyed the communication with Anouk, Chris and Elyse regarding small things; some lights were broken and an air conditioner was leaking. Pleasant and very quick follow-up. Tip: larger sink in the bathroom near the bedroom on the first floor, for example the same as there are in the bathrooms upstairs + a hairdryer. Read more

All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas Linde. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
