Kas Gia with garden and lovely private pool

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect! Amazing pool, and yes, there’s a lot of sand in it, even though it’s cleaned weekly, but there’s just a lot of dust, so definitely not a downside! We had a warm welcome and were even allowed to send a grocery list for drinks and breakfast for our late arrival.
The only minor issue was the drying rack, which didn’t open properly, but that’s not worth deducting a star. Indeed, there is some construction in the area, but mostly only in the mornings or late afternoons. There are also barking dogs… but you get used to it 😉 The connection with Sunwise was super smooth! We would love to come back!

Wonderful house, fully equipped with all amenities. Excellently equipped kitchen with quality pans and kitchen appliances. Only two tea glasses.
Ideal two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Pleasant large pool, no view from the neighbors, lots of privacy. Located in the shade making it pleasant to stay long.
Nice sunbeds, but tight at the pool making it very narrow to walk along. Also slippery when wet floor. Inflatable air beds available for pool (not the flamingo one pictured).
Larger covered porch than pictured.
Walking distance from the center of Kralendijk. Close to the sea, where there are immediate snorkeling opportunities.
Late check-out was possible, very nice since we had an evening flight.

No air conditioning in the living room, only fans. However, air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Pool is only cleaned once a week. After one day already a lot of sand blown into the pool. Water quality is guaranteed according to Sunwise, through whom communication goes. Still, more frequent (self) cleaning would be my preference. It looks fresher and more inviting.
Sunwise is easily accessible, not always helpful.
The washing rack was broken; this was indicated. It seems to be suggested by email that we were unable to put this rack together. It was simply broken. A clothesline is possible as an alternative. This is outside the canopy, against a pole. Regularly all the towels were rained wet. To which was said that it is a warm climate and everything dries quickly.
Lots of loud barking dogs in the neighborhood and loud construction noise. Read more

Kas Gia – lovely house

Once again our vacation on Bonaire was wonderful, this time partly due to our stay in Kas Gia. Spacious, fully furnished (even the teapot and microwave mentioned in previous reviews were now present) nice beds and a nice pool. As far as we are concerned, this house is worth coming back to. We really enjoyed it

We couldn’t say enough about this villa. Even though it’s in a residential area with no walkable restaurants, bars and not near the beach, which we knew, it was a great choice. The place was so clean even my grandmother would have approved! We really enjoyed having our own private salt water pool which we used every day. The villa is new and modern and as explained when we arrived, like the majority of places on the island, it only has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Simon checked us in and out and couldn’t have been more gracious even leaving us a welcome bottle of wine and other beverages. We will be making a few recommendations such as a safe and microwave. We would definitely recommend this villa to others and stay there again. Read more

Nice house, sensibly furnished, with a sufficiently large pool, which due to the dust caused by construction work in the neighborhood, however, needs care, 1x per week is unfortunately too little. Who wants to watch TV, there is no signal, is also not provided. Teapot unfortunately, as well as a microwave not available. Diving equipment has to be cleaned outside, but this is doable. Kas Gia was outstanding!

Kas Gia was outstanding—our favourite stay in Bonaire so far. Thank you, Sunwise!
The pool and the extended covered patio were the perfect places to relax after a day of beach and diving. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a lovely breeze. AC in each bedroom.

The kitchen had everything we needed, plus an outdoor grill. Cecile and Simon were attentive, checking in with us to ensure everything went smoothly.

I would gladly return to this home time and time again. It's an excellent choice for couples or small families.
