Isidel Beach Park is 1.5 kilometers away, and restaurant It Rains Fishes is just 1.3 kilometers from the front door. The nearest grocery store, Top Supermarket, is 1.6 kilometers away. Dive Friends Yellow Submarine dive center is only 750 meters away. - No swimming pool – Kas Cocita does not have a pool, but the jacuzzi in the private garden is a great way to cool off and relax. Isidel Beach Park is also just 1.5 kilometers away.
- No dryer – There is no clothes dryer, but on Bonaire the combination of sun and constant trade winds means your laundry dries outdoors in no time – often within just a few hours.
- No A/C in the living room – The bedroom has air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. In the living room, a ceiling fan and the breeze from the covered veranda keep things pleasantly cool.

The neighborhood
Kas Cocita is located in Sur Salinja, a quiet and leafy residential neighborhood just outside the center of Kralendijk. The area has a relaxed character and is popular with both locals and vacationers looking for some peace and quiet while staying close to all the amenities of the city. Sur Salinja is conveniently situated near the coast, with Isidel Beach Park and several dive sites within easy reach. The neighborhood is spacious, green, and relatively calm – a wonderful place to come home to after an active day on the water.
Getting around
To truly explore beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Cocita in Sur Salinja, renting a car is highly recommended. With your own vehicle, every corner of Bonaire is within reach at your own pace – from secluded snorkel spots along the west coast to hidden local restaurants you won't find otherwise. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but if you plan to visit Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the unpaved and sometimes rugged tracks inside the park are not suitable for a regular car. Keep in mind that there is no public transportation on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked at the port.

Hidden treasure
The house is centrally located. The house was pristine. We couldn't think of anything else we might need. The hot tub is a must try. The house is without saying exceptional, however Our hostess Cecile actually made the difference in our stay. She was always a step ahead, always prompt with replies and suggestions. It was a great experience on Bonaire. I felt completely at home on the island and in the cottage.
I was very satisfied with the accommodation, it had everything you needed and plenty of space. Additionally, there was also a jacuzzi available, which I used quite a bit in the evenings.

As a guest of Kas Cocita, you have full use of the entire apartment: the bedroom with king-size bed, the bathroom, the open living and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the private garden with jacuzzi, and the covered veranda. Parking is available both on the premises and on the street, free of charge and always close by. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally!
