Casa El Tropico is a detached villa in the upscale Sabadeco neighborhood, a villa district just north of Kralendijk known for its coastal setting and spacious lots. The villa is situated on the ground floor and spans a generous 225 m², with direct sea views over the Caribbean Sea. Zhung Kong supermarket is 3.5 kilometers away, Oil Slick Leap – a popular beach and dive site – is 2.3 kilometers away, restaurant Rum Runners is reachable in 4 kilometers, and dive center Dive Friends Hamlet is located 3.7 kilometers away. The villa features a private pool (standard pool) with its own pool deck, exclusively for guests.

Layout of the villa

The villa has three bedrooms: the first two each feature a comfortable king-size bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms. The living room flows directly into the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Outside, you'll find a spacious private garden with mature palms, a covered veranda, a terrace, and a pool deck – together creating an outdoor space that invites you to spend the entire day outside.

• No dryer – There's no clothes dryer, but with Bonaire's reliable sunshine and steady trade winds, laundry dries outside in no time – often within just a couple of hours.
• Distance to Kralendijk – Sabadeco is set a little outside the center of Kralendijk, but that's precisely what gives this location its quiet, exclusive character. By car, you're just a few minutes from restaurants, shops, and all the activity the town has to offer.

The neighborhood

Sabadeco is an upscale residential area just north of Kralendijk, known for its elegant villa districts – including Crown Keys and Crown Shores – stretching along the rugged coastline. From this neighborhood, you look out directly over the Caribbean Sea, and popular dive sites such as Andrea I & II are reachable within minutes. Sabadeco is a favorite among those seeking a combination of style and sea views, and the sunsets you catch straight from your terrace are simply breathtaking. Luxury, space, and an immediate coastal experience are what define life here.

Getting around

To make the most of everything Bonaire has to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Casa El Tropico in Sabadeco, renting a car is strongly recommended. With your own wheels, every corner of the island is within reach at your own pace: from secluded snorkel spots along the west coast to laid-back local restaurants and hidden coves. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for visiting natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is highly recommended – the park's unpaved tracks can be quite rough and are not suitable for a standard passenger car. Keep in mind that there is no public transportation on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Guest access

As a guest of Casa El Tropico, you have exclusive access to the entire villa: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan living room with adjoining kitchen, the covered veranda, the terrace, the private garden, and the pool deck with private pool. Parking is free on the premises. In short, everything described is fully at your disposal. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally! Other things to note

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in and check-out can be arranged on request, depending on availability around your stay. Smoking and pets are not permitted in our accommodations, and we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the evenings out of consideration for the neighborhood.
