Belmar 11 is a spacious condo in Punt Vierkant, set within the oceanfront Belmar Oceanfront Apartments resort, boasting beautiful sea views and a right-on-the-ocean location. With 220 m² of living space, this condo sits on the second floor. Nearby amenities include: supermarket Good and More: 350 meters; beach Bachelor’s Beach: 650 meters; restaurant Brass Boer: 700 meters; dive center Dive Friends Delfins: 950 meters. Guests share a regular outdoor pool within the resort.
Layout of the apartment
The condo offers three bedrooms: the Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, and Bedroom 3 with two twin beds. There are two bathrooms and a comfortable living room opening to a balcony; there’s also a shared garden below. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and comes with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice maker, and electric kettle.

Tip: Bachelor’s Beach is a lovely spot on the southern edge of Kralendijk. The beach sits at the foot of an approximately 3-meter-high rock wall and forms a narrow, largely hidden strip of sand. A staircase leads down to calm water with enjoyable snorkeling along the reef. Water shoes help with entry. Stay into late afternoon for softer light and an easy swim after an active day.

The neighborhood
Upscale coastal zone on azure-blue water, just south of the airport. Here you’ll find luxury villas (right on the sea, sometimes with private docks) and direct access to renowned dive sites such as The Lake, Angel City, and the Hilma Hooker wreck. Punt Vierkant was made for sea views, sunsets, and premium comfort—a top location for those who want the best of Bonaire’s west coast on their doorstep.
Getting around
Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belmar Oceanfront Apartments 11. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and above all a terrace with an unbeatable sea view. As a guest of Belmar 11 you’ll have access to the entire condo: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, balcony, and the shared garden. You can use the resort’s shared pool, and there is free parking both on the premises and on the street. The entrance is private to this unit. To warmly welcome you and share tips about the condo and our beautiful island, we personally host all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts will coordinate your check-in time with you.
