From the terrace, the private dock, the sun deck, and from the pool, our guests have a view of the water of the Laguna Marina, with open access to the Caribbean Sea.

Kas Dive-In, located in the Water Villas Bonaire resort, offers not just breathtaking views over the Laguna Marina but also direct access to all the wonders of Bonaire. Only 2 kilometers away from the vibrant Kralendijk, with Sebastian’s Restaurant just 1.4 kilometers away and Van den Tweel supermarket also at 2 kilometers. The famous beaches Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are less than 1.1 kilometers away, perfect for a day of sun, sea, and relaxation.
The layout of the villa
The villa embraces island living with a spacious open kitchen, equipped with an American fridge, induction cooker, kettle, Nespresso machine, grill/toaster, dishwasher, blender, and oven. Each bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional terrace with a view over the water. The large front garden and the water-rich backyard with private pool and dock make this the ideal place for both relaxation and entertainment.

Layout of the villa
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each fitted with a comfortable king-size bed, and three full bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen flows directly into the bright living area and is equipped with built-in appliances including a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice maker and kettle — everything you could need for a relaxed stay. Outside, the covered veranda is the perfect spot to lounge in the shade, while the lush private garden surrounding the villa creates a true tropical setting. A barbecue on the terrace rounds off the outdoor experience perfectly.

Make sure to take a drive out to Rincon, the oldest village in the Dutch Caribbean. Rincon is tucked away in a green valley surrounded by hills — a location that historically offered protection against pirate raids. The village has an authentic charm you won't find in Kralendijk: colorful houses, a cozy village square and warm local hospitality. Combine your visit with a stop at the Cadushy Distillery, the only distillery on Bonaire, where you can taste liqueur made from the native kadushi cactus. A perfect afternoon trip during your stay.
Just so you know
- Stairs – One of the levels in the villa is accessed via a staircase. For guests with limited mobility or families with young children, this is worth keeping in mind before booking.
- City sounds nearby – Thanks to the central location in Kralendijk, you may hear the lively sounds of the boulevard on some evenings — an authentic Caribbean ambiance that most guests actually enjoy.
- No dining table indoors – There is no separate dining table inside the villa, but the covered veranda outside offers a spacious table — perfect for long, relaxed evenings in the open air.

The neighborhood
Kralendijk's waterfront boulevard, docks, sailboats and motorboats moored at buoys, and colorful facades: Kas Dive-In places you right in the middle of the action, surrounded by restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure point for various boat trips including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for guests who want everything within walking distance and enjoy an evening stroll along the waterfront. Divers and snorkelers will love the quick access to the west coast dive sites, while food lovers and shoppers will find Kralendijk the place to be. Expect vibrancy, convenience and the shortest travel times to all the facilities Bonaire's capital has to offer.
Getting around
Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Dive-In. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Good
Our stay at Kas Dive In was good again… but there are a few points of attention. Unfortunately, there were not enough sunbeds by the pool. If the house accommodates six adults, you would expect six sunbeds to be available. After a few days, one sunbed broke and was replaced with an old one from a staff member, which also broke after a few days. The broom that was broken was supposed to be replaced as well, but we did not receive a new one before departure. Aside from these points, we had a great time on Bonaire. Diving with toddlers in tow?
This is the place for you. The pool has a shallow part that is excellent for tiny nonswimmers who could be monitored from the dining table or lounge chairs. The marina laguna water outlet is far from the living area and separated by gravel so there was little danger that the toddlers would make it there and fall in. The arrangement for diving equipment doesn’t show on photos but is very convenient and well designed. The sunwise staff is very responsive to last minute requests. The only small minus on our list was the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the showers and no microwave. But those are small potatoes compared to the convenience of the location, the ease of taking care of diving equipment and the awesome toddler friendly pool. Fantastic stay at Kas Drive Inn!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kas Drive Inn on Bonaire. The location is perfect — right across from the airport, which was super convenient. Across the street is the fire station, which provided plenty of entertainment for the kids; every morning they were fascinated by the training drills.
The house itself is spacious and fully equipped, with multiple bathrooms, a lovely veranda, and a great pool that we used a lot. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication with Elise was pleasant and quick — she was thoughtful and very flexible, even allowing a later check-out since no new guests were arriving right after us, which was really nice.

One word: enjoy! Everything was top notch from the beginning to the end. The house was super and fully equipped. We had really great days and would definitely book here again. Pleasant stay
The house is spacious, super clean, central location, great pool (once a week a pool-boy comes by to do maintenance), air conditioning works perfectly, more than enough great towels, washing machine is top but a bit outdated, the dishwasher starts only if you first press the reset button, during our stay the fan on the porch broke down, the sliding door of the balcony did not close properly (so even though it was locked, you could still open the door), several screens for the windows did not close well so be careful which windows you open. Free parking is available on the premises. To give our guests a warm welcome and to share all the details about the property and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally by our team. Check-in to Kas Dive-In is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
