Close to ChaChaCha Beach and the Wilhelminaplein
Kas Mango is a nice detached villa with private pool, in a nice neighborhood near the center of Kralendijk. The house can accommodate up to 10 persons and is therefore ideal for vacations with for example two families, or a group of friends. Less than 750 meters away our guests will find the nice beach ChaChaCha on the boulevard and a little further are the restaurants and bars around the Wilhelminaplein.

A lovely porch on the cooling breeze
All bedrooms in Kas Mango are air-conditioned. There are also three bathrooms, a spacious living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a porch that is well situated on the wind. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and microwave, among other things.

Nice pool with sun terrace
The house is bright and tastefully decorated and the beautifully landscaped garden offers privacy, a natural stone sun terrace with a nice cool pool and a wonderful feeling of luxury and space.

Separate studio with kitchenette
The house has five bedrooms, one of which is located in the separate studio with kitchenette, for maximum privacy and comfort. This allows a total of 10 people to stay in Kas Mango. This studio is only available for reservations for 9 or 10 people or at equivalent rates.

New tourist tax regulation

For arrivals on July 1, 2022 and later, visitors to Bonaire must pay the entry tax themselves – online on Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid upon arrival, at the airport.

Kas Mango has free Wi-Fi for our guests. Internet on Bonaire may not be what you’re used to at home in terms of speed and bandwidth, but our guests can generally make calls online and use streaming services, perfectly.

Kas Mango has a lovely private pool, ideal for that cool drink in the Bonairean heat, or that sultry cocktail after sunset.
Can I park a car at Kas Mango?

Kas Mango has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park on the side of the road, near the house.
How often is Kas Mango cleaned?

All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas Mango. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.

Had a wonderful stay!
Had a wonderful stay! Property managers were responsive and professional. There was plenty of room to spread out and the full kitchen suited our needs well. A few noteworthy points:

- The layout of the bedrooms was strange. The rear master had to walk through the 2nd master bedroom for bathroom or main house access.

- There was a plumbing issue that caused the showers and toilets to not drain completely. The property managers solved some of the issue, but one showers still backed up, requiring us to schedule our showers.

- The rear shower’s water heater was connected to a easily circuit that would trip if high/med heat was used. If it tripped at night, it was a pitch black shower experience!

- There was no hot water heater present for the rear dwelling/shower - after a few days of acclimation, it was a highly desired luxury that was missing.

Overall, we had a great time! Please be understanding that it’s not a $$$$ resort and one must be mindful of some minor island house quirks.

You’ll be in good hands
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kas Mango. It was unseasonably warm and humid on Bonaire, so we daily enjoyed the pool and hammock (good breeze at the N-E side of the house). Elyse (from Sunwise) was very proactive in providing useful info and tips prior and during the trip and responded immediately to questions I had. She waited at the house until we arrived (our plane was delayed), she stocked the fridge nicely with some basic goods, and she even proposed a late check out (at no additional cost). I would recommend Kas Mango to friends and should you happen to be interested in another property managed by Sunwise, you'll be in good hands.
