You have access to the regular communal pool of the complex.
Layout of the apartment
The studio features one comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and one bathroom. The open kitchen directly adjoins the living room and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. About twenty minutes' drive from Caribbean Court Studio 321 lies Gotomeer in Washington Slagbaai National Park, Bonaire's largest saltwater lagoon. Just so you know
- Stairs – the studio is located on the third floor, which means you'll need to climb some stairs to reach your accommodation
- No indoor dining table – there's no dining room table in the studio, but the balcony has a cozy table perfect for outdoor meals
- No BBQ – barbecuing isn't possible at the accommodation, but Bonaire has beautiful public BBQ spots like Donkey Beach

Downtown Kralendijk with the boulevard, piers, sailing and motor boats at the mooring buoys and colorful facades: here you're right in the middle of restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure point for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the boulevard in the evenings. For divers and snorkelers, Playa is a great base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience and the shortest travel times to the amenities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Caribbean Court Studio 321 in Kralendijk. With your own car, all corners of the island are accessible at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone to rent a car, as it enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transport and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked, for example.

An ALMOST perfect studio
The studio in the marina has a very beautiful view. Unfortunately, we could never eat on the balcony because there is no sunshade in the morning and it was too windy there in the evening. Fantastic Stay As Usual!
We have been staying with Sunwise in Bonaire since 2019, and we absolutely love our stays every time. We have stayed at Caribbean Court Studio 321 a couple of times now, and it has been great for both of them. The location was fantastic (close to the airport, grocery stores, snorkeling, the main city, windsurfing, and great restaurants), and we really enjoyed the property itself. It provided us with everything we needed, and we had a great experience crashing there for some time after a long day of snorkeling and windsurfing. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and with Sunwise in general. They are always very responsive and easy to work with if you have any additional needs. We enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable
We stayed there for 13 nights. The room is very clean, generously designed and all the appliances worked perfectly. The nearby airport is not very disturbing as not many planes land.
Communication was spotless, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable. A late check-out was also available for free, which we greatly appreciated. For us this accommodation was perfect because there is also a diving base in the same house and we got another 10% discount. I would recommend the accommodation in general. Thank you very much.

A great quiet location
This unit is in a great quiet location right on manmade waterways in Bonaire.
It’s on the third floor with a nice balcony to sit on.
The unit has a loft bedroom with a ladder type stairs going up.
Not an issue for us.
The complex has other apartments and a dive shop in the complex.
Unit was super clean and had everything we needed.
It’s 1 mile from kralendijk so walkable to town.
Safe off road parking for your car.
Close to airport.

Lovely, clean and comfortable
The location and studio itself were lovely, clean and comfortable. Easy to find a parking spot and air conditioning worked well. Balcony faced a calm canal and neighbourhood seemed calm. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. One thing for people to note that there isn't shower gel or shampoo provided (which was an oversight on our part because this amenity wasn't listed on description) but also there was no coffee provided even though there was a coffee machine.

As a guest of Caribbean Court Studio 321, you have access to the entire studio including the bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room, and balcony with lagoon views. Additionally, you can use the shared swimming pool and pool deck. Free parking is available on the complex's premises. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts of the accommodation will make arrangements with you about your arrival.
