Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa is a single-level apartment in the Belnem neighborhood, located in the Belnem Breeze Apartments complex and offering a pleasant garden view. The apartment provides approximately 120 m² of living space and is very conveniently located for amenities: supermarket Good and More at 100 meters, Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis) at 1.2 kilometers, restaurant Ocean Oasis at 1.1 kilometers, and Dive Friends Delfins dive center at 1 kilometer. From the private garden you can walk straight into the shared garden with a regular outdoor swimming pool and an inviting pool deck to relax on.

From Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa you can quickly reach Bachelor’s Beach, a much-loved beach on the southern edge of Kralendijk. This small sandy beach lies at the foot of a low rock wall and feels intimate and sheltered. Thanks to the clear, relatively shallow water it is a great place for snorkeling among reef fish. Bring your mask and fins, find a quiet spot on the sand and, after your swim, simply relax and take in the views over the Caribbean Sea.
Just so you know
- No A/C in the living room – The bedrooms have air conditioning, while the living area is cooled by the tropical breeze together with fans and open doors.
- No dryer – There is a washing machine and, thanks to the sun and wind, your laundry usually dries quickly outside.
- No indoor dining table – There is no separate dining table inside, but the garden and terrace offer plenty of space for relaxed outdoor meals.

The neighborhood
South of the center and heading towards the salt pans, Belnem is one of Bonaire’s best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Over time, Belnem has become an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You’ll be close to popular south-coast beaches like Bachelor’s Beach and iconic dive spots, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It’s a quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.
Getting around
Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa in Belnem is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. Having your own car lets you explore at your own pace, from remote snorkel sites and iconic dive spots to cozy local restaurants. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park’s roads are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

We came to Bonaire for a fishing trip, and the apartment we rented — with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms — was well equipped with all necessary facilities. Everything was perfectly clean, and there was a welcome drink waiting for us in the fridge. We were welcomed very kindly on arrival, and an extra key for the garden door was arranged quickly. A small downside: there was no connected TV cable. Everything had to be watched via apps or streaming, which meant we had to upgrade our providers to follow a bit of football or sports. Beautiful & spotless unit
Beautiful & spotless unit, we had everything we needed. Walkable to a few restaurants if you can manage the heat. Very close to incredible snorkeling & sunset views. Lots of birds & a few friendly donkey's & cats stopped by. Short drive to the Salt Pier, Bachelor's beach and Donkey beach. Little grocery shop behind the unit so it was convenient on arrival. Air conditioners in both bedrooms were a bonus. Beds were comfortable, lots of closet space. We weren't able to utilize the pool because it was regularly busy with children but it's a real clean beauty of a space. The rinse stations outside were a nice touch, easy to keep the unit free of sand especially with convenient parking at back entry. We respected that other units are occupied with locals who call the building their home, & they were very friendly with us! I'm a light sleeper so the noise from other guests was disturbing. Could not have been better
We had a wonderful stay of a week in Kas Gosa. Could not have been better, what a nice place. On one side you park in front of the garden gate on the other side of the apartment you jump right into the beautiful and lovely pool. Two bathrooms offer privacy if you are two couples. A beautiful spacious apartment
Such a beautiful spacious apartment that made for a great stay. We did lots of diving so it was great to have the private rinse tubs and hanging space. We loved walking over to the Delfins resort for a drink and to swim from the dock. There’s lots of restaurants close by and lots of great dive sites are just a short drive away. The place was perfect for us
My wife and I stayed for a week and the place was perfect for us. Very convenient location for prime snorkeling spots like Salt Pier and Bachelor’s Beach (5 mins) as well as numerous restaurants. The good grocery stores are 10-15 minutes and downtown is about the same. We’ve stayed downtown and for the same price much prefer this location for the quiet evenings and the extra space. The condo was spotless and communication throughout was excellent. We met Luke at the condo to get the keys and again when we checked out and he was a pleasure to chat with and very punctual. The air con in the bedrooms works great. We had a hermit crab, several lizards, and a donkey come to our back gate on our first night for a visit. The walkout patio and outdoor shower/garden turns this into a truly amazing airbnb, much more appealing than a second or third floor unit.
