Caribbean Court Vista Marina is a spacious 130 m² accommodation located in the Caribbean Court complex in downtown Kralendijk. This second floor property offers spectacular views over the lagoon, where you can enjoy panoramic views of moored sailboats and motorboats from your balcony. The location is ideal: Van den Tweel supermarket is 1.9 kilometers away, Dive Friends Port Bonaire dive center at 1.8 kilometers, Ocean Oasis restaurant at 5.1 kilometers, and the beautiful Sorobon Beach at 10.4 kilometers. The complex features a regular shared swimming pool where guests can relax and cool off after a day full of island activities.

About a half-hour drive south lies Atlantis Kitebeach, one of the most challenging and spectacular kitesurfing spots in the Caribbean. This beach on Bonaire's south coast is known for its constant offshore wind, meaning the wind always blows from land toward sea. This makes Atlantis a paradise for experienced kitesurfers, but also challenging because you always have to work against the wind when returning with problems. The crystal-clear water and consistent wind conditions make this a favorite spot for kitesurfers from around the world. Even if you don't kitesurf, it's impressive to see these colorful kites dancing against the azure sky.
Just so you know
- Stairs – the accommodation is located on the second floor and accessible via stairs, less suitable for guests with mobility issues
- No dryer – there's no dryer available, but thanks to sun and wind, laundry dries bone-dry within hours on Bonaire
- No air conditioning in living room – AC is only in bedrooms, the living room has ceiling fans and sea breeze for cooling

Downtown Kralendijk with the boulevard, piers, sailboats and motorboats at the mooring buoys, and colorful facades: here you're right in the middle of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the departure point for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the boulevard in the evening. For divers and snorkelers, this area is a great base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience, and the shortest travel times to amenities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.
Getting around
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Caribbean Court Vista Marina in Kralendijk. With your own car, all remote corners are accessible at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as it enables you to reach everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked.

Loved the location. The villa was very well equipped to cook at home, but many restaurants in walking distance so we ate out for every meal but breakfast. The Beach a short walk away near Sebastian's is a hidden gem - we saw turtles, rays, tarpon and even a bait ball. Appreciated 2 bicycles; beach chairs and hard sided cooler provided. Quiet and pleasant place
Conveniently located near the airport and Kralendijk, this nice apartment has a lovely terrace overlooking the inner harbor. The apartment is part of a complex with other units. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with all essentials. The bathroom on the ground floor is small and lacks effective ventilation, so you need to keep the door open to make it somewhat livable — that could be improved. Bicycles are included with the apartment, but they were set too high and couldn’t be adjusted without tools. After our request, the contact person came by to fix this.
We had a comfortable stay.
Pluses: location (good restaurants within walking/cycling distance), spaciousness, air conditioning, terrace, bicycles available, overall comfort.
Minuses: cleaning could be better — some stains on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets that could easily be avoided; very stuffy downstairs bathroom due to poor ventilation; the complex could use some maintenance. A very nice stay
The apartment is neat and very spacious. Like the pictures actually. The balcony is really super. Nice and spacious and very nice to relax there. The bedrooms have air conditioning. But at the top it didn't work for the best. It was passed on and there would be action. We had some pests, but that had something to do with the rain according to the host. Not pleasant. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool, but that is really less beautiful than in the pictures. We also did not make use of it. The apartment is centrally located. A delightful accommodation
A delightful accommodation, with a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed the view and spent a great time. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Renting a car is highly recommended as there is so much to see on the island.

As a guest of Caribbean Court Vista Marina, you have access to the entire accommodation, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen and living room, plus the balcony with spectacular lagoon views. Additionally, you can use the shared pool deck and the parking space on premises. The property is completely furnished and equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
